The hotel was very nice and cleaned daily, both in the common areas and in our room. We had booked 12 nights and the overall impression was generally positive, but there are a few things that could have been handled better.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist who informed us that there were no standard rooms available, even though we had booked one. Instead, he tried to upsell us to a superior room – first for an extra 800 euros, then reduced it to 600 euros, and finally to 300 euros. I repeatedly said that I didn’t want to pay extra and that I wanted the room I had booked. In the end, we did get a superior room at no extra cost, which was good, but it didn’t feel right that they first tried to sell it to us. They should have been honest from the beginning and said that no standard rooms were available, and therefore they were offering an upgrade – instead of trying to make a business deal out of it.
The food was generally good, some days really great. The service from the restaurant staff varied – most were friendly, but at the station where soft drinks and other beverages were served, I felt that some staff could be unfriendly, depending on who you were. A big plus to the waitress Essra, who was very kind and helpful every day.
The cocktails were unfortunately a disappointment and not of high quality.
We visited the hotel’s hammam one day, but it smelled strongly of sewage there, so we decided to leave immediately.
The room cleaning was excellent every day – unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the housekeeper, but she did a fantastic job

It could have been great as this proclaims to be a five star resort...but it is not! Just spent a week here with my family. October 2025.
We will NOT return, for sure there are better resorts elsewhere.
While the room was spacious, it was never clean (old dirt on doors etc), air con was loud and there was no sound proofing so the room was rarely quiet. Either the hotel had entertainment OR guests sat with their own load speakers in the center plaza (?) And yes it could be heard...! Whether you liked it or not.
Entertainment in the evenings were mediocre at best - other times just pain stupid (why or why do you have shows finding king - or queen - of the resort ... )
Food was the same each and every night, lunch and breakfast and while the fresh honey was appreciated, cakes were dry, too sweet and the same simple fruit choices. Eggs were horrible unless you opted for omelet, which you had to get in line for.
We ended up eating outside the resort 2 nights for variation. One night had theme night ...Turkey. It was appreciated with the sligt change in food and entertainment..and this time staff was friendly.
Beach was good and even though people reserved sun chairs, a spot could always be found. The tractor service was a nice touch.
The drinks....at each and every bar was awful! It may have been imported alcohol but when the rest is cheap sirup or juice, the drink did not get any better!
Some people truly seemed to enjoy the free bar ...so if you pick this hotel, then pick it for the free flowing alcohol from early in the morning, drunk people in the evenings and staff trying to be kind..in restaurant.
The checkin service was awful! They did not speak English..or very little but preferred Russian!!! Such a bad attitude!!! The Guest Service desk even worse.
Please, Litore. Be better!!!!
We did enjoy our holiday. No upset stomach, and lots of sun!
But unless you truly turn things around it will be our last!

I stayed at Litore Resort for 7 nights. The beach was nice and enjoyable, but the pool was quite cold — a heated option would really make a big difference, especially for families.
The WiFi was poor, especially during busy times; it often wouldn’t connect or would cut out completely.
The biggest disappointment was the Guest Relations team, particularly Efe, who seemed uninterested and unprofessional. He would sit there without even making eye contact when speaking to guests. For a five-star resort, this level of service is unacceptable.
If I could change one thing about this hotel, it would definitely be Guest Relations, as they are supposed to represent the hotel and create a welcoming experience — but instead, they fail to do so.
I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed at numerous resorts around the world, and I have never experienced such arrogance, rudeness, and lack of respect from a guest relations department.
The resort itself has potential, but management really needs to address the attitude and training of their Guest Relations staff to match the standards expected from a resort of this level.

Review for Litore Resort Hotel & Spa
In 2022, I chose Litore Resort Hotel & Spa for my honeymoon, and it was truly the most wonderful vacation of my life. Everything was perfect – the rooms, the service, the food, and the staff. The rooms were cleaned every single day, and all the assistants were so kind and helpful whenever we needed something. Even the higher management was attentive – if you ever had a complaint, they would solve it immediately.
I loved it so much that in 2023 I returned, and to my surprise, the experience was even more magical the second time.
In 2024, I couldn’t travel because I gave birth to my precious daughter and in 2025 she was sick, so once again we had to stay home. But I hold Litore very close to my heart, and I’m already counting the days until 2026, when I hope to return again.
This resort is simply on top in every aspect, and I can’t recommend it enough. Litore is not just a hotel – it’s a place where unforgettable memories are made.

It was a wonderful vacation. All the staff were very kind and smiling. Varied food for all tastes. The room was cleaned daily. Linen and towels changed daily. Minibar refilled daily. Shows every evening in the open-air amphitheater. We really enjoyed this vacation. I highly recommend it!
