I must say I was somewhat disappointed with this hotel. It definitely does not live up to a true 5-star standard. If you are planning to come here just to lie on the beach or by the pool, eat, and drink, you will most likely end up disappointed.
The food in the main restaurant is average – there is something for everyone, but nothing outstanding. The food served at the pool bars is below average with almost no variety, and the drink selection there is also very limited. There is a slightly better choice of drinks available at the main bar.
The rooms are nice and it is clear they have been recently renovated, but cleanliness could be improved. Towels and bed linen were fine.
The location of the hotel is not ideal. To reach the beach, you walk through a tunnel, which is convenient, but the free public area of the beach is very crowded and poorly maintained. If you want a private sunbed or a small cabana with benches, sun loungers, and direct water access, you have to pay extra.
What bothered me most was the attitude of the staff. Unless you are Russian, the service is far from what you would expect. It often feels like only Russian guests are truly valued, as they receive special treatment in almost every aspect.

Terrible hotel! Far below the 5-star standard that was advertised when we made our booking. Our experience felt more like staying in a 3-star property and we were left very disappointed.
When we arrived, the first room we were given had a squeaky bed and the shower had no light. We requested to change rooms, but the second room had the same issues, which made our stay uncomfortable right from the start.
We had also just missed the food service time upon arrival after a long flight and transfer to the hotel. Even though we had booked an all-inclusive package, we were not offered any food and had to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. This was very disappointing given that we had paid for all-inclusive service.
On the second evening, we came down for dinner at 8:05 PM and were told that the restaurant was closed. This was unacceptable, as we had taken a photo of the restaurant opening times when we checked in and had not been told that the times had changed overnight. When we explained that we were hungry, the receptionist replied, “I’m hungry too,” which was an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate response.
We were eventually given a small meal consisting of plain chicken, a slice of potato pizza, and a mini cold stuffed pepper. This was not the quality or service we expected from a 5-star hotel. Throughout our stay, no one offered drink service, and overall the staff service was very poor.
There was also no management available at any point to raise our concerns with, and most of the staff spoke very little English, which made it very difficult to communicate or resolve any of the issues we faced. This lack of support and understanding made the experience even more frustrating.
Because of these problems, we decided to leave early and move to another hotel. When we informed reception that we would be making a complaint, we were simply met with a nod and no further response or apology.
Overall, our experience was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel.

I recently stayed at NoxInn Deluxe Hotel in Alanya, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to its name — deluxe in every sense! The rooms were modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable, offering a beautiful view and all the amenities you could ask for.
The dining options were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food and attentive service at every meal. The pool and beach areas were clean and well-organized, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
A special mention goes to Mr. Habib, the Assistant General Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy and well taken care of. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a real difference — you can tell he genuinely cares about guests’ experiences.
I highly recommend NoxInn Deluxe Hotel to anyone visiting Alanya. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Overall good, but not as 5 stars hotel, Three stars for the great staff and availability of food and drinks 24/7.
Minus 1 star for cleanliness of rooms and the waiting time for the lifts. Also for the bad quality mattresses and pillows
Minus 1 star for area around the hotel.
The pools are OK and the waterfalls are a plus.
There is kids club where my daughter enjoyed her time, but no much to do at all.
I will never forget the staff!! They are greatly great. They loved my daughter and they enjoyed her cheeky games.
Lobby waitresses are awesome, Gizem is the best. Reception staff are kind, Ozan, Enes and Can. Bell boys, Yusuf, Salih and Ibrahim. For the main restaurant, there are Ismael, Ibrahim and Shamstine, they were really beyond any level of help, kindness and respect. All of these people made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The down side of the hotel is cleanliness of rooms and rooms cleaning timing. The the area around the hotel is like very small village with limited things to do and enjoy.

This is a relatively inexpensive five-star hotel located in the middle of nowhere, which has the perk of being quiet and having fresh air.
The hotel is predominantly inhabited by Russian speakers, but you can also meet Turks and Europeans.
I found it perplexing that this is the first hotel I've visited that doesn't offer packaged tea. They only serve black tea from multiple kettles.
Another thing that's hard to explain is that the hotel doesn't have enough sunbeds, and it is almost always completely booked.
During lunch and dinner, it's not uncommon not to find a free table, and the waiters are relatively nonchalant; they don't rush to clean up vacant tables.
There's plenty of food, although the cooks could use some lessons on how to cook fish properly. They fry it until it's charred and it contains a lot of fat.
I don't drink much, and I've only seen people drink beer, red wine, and rosé. Occasionally, I've spotted champagne.
There are two more restaurants outside the main restaurant that offer hamburgers, pizzas, and more. You can actually skip the main restaurant altogether.
Most of the people staying at the hotel are elderly or couples with children. Keep that in mind.
The hotel has its own artificial harbor, which keeps the water calm and warm almost all the time.
An update: the hotel needs to address its elevators. You will hate the experience of using them. It's just maddening.
