We came to celebrate our 35th anniversary! Danicha at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and very helpful too. We even reminisced about some history of the hotel. She’s very nice and welcoming! The front desk manager, Deacon, is very personable also. We had breakfast all 3 mornings at Covington Mill and asked for the same server, Kayla. She has such a great smile and was also very friendly, does her job well. This has been a great experience for us and one we needed after a rough year!

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton. Orlando Lake, Buena Vista, Disney Springs area hotel. This is a fantastic hotel to stay at to be near Disney Springs. Two pedestrian bridges across the major roads and you’re there.
The hotel is older, which didn’t matter to me since we weren’t there very often. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Besides the great location, a few things I found made this hotel more enjoyable. The Mainstreet Market located in the hotel lobby was excellent. We did not have time for the complementary breakfast, but the coffee here was fantastic late at night. Best yet they stay open later and it has a lot of great items including salad, sandwiches and pizza. There is also a fitness center. Although not luxurious, it met my needs and had all the equipment I needed for a good workout. Since this is a Disney property, there is a pick up and drop off of shuttle service to the various Disney theme parks. We took it several times and it was easy to use. In addition, you do get to enter the park 30 minutes early. In front of the property, there is a large lake, which I loved because it has many great birds. Finally, there is plenty of parking on site.
If you tired of going and running around to all the Disney theme parks, there is an outdoor pool. For dining, a Benihana. Steakhouse & Sushi is on site. I recommend you make a reservation. They also have a DVD rental kiosk. Room service and a pool side bar is also available.
We enjoyed this hotel and we are returning shortly. I look forward to staying here again.

The rooms are soooo dated, smelled like mildew, the wifi was not working properly nor was the room phone. The bell service and Sujenyi at Covington mills were all fantastic (gold stars). Food options are pretty standard but good portion sizes and cooked nicely. Pool and hot tub are great. Event spaces were large and never felt over crowded.

I was staying here for a convention and my stay was wonderful! Everything was incredibly clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The staff was so great, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. And finally, I had breakfast this morning at the hotel restaurant Covington Mill and my server Kayla was amazing and totally made my morning. Thank you for the great stay!

I stayed here for a weekend trip and had a great time. The walking distance to Disney Springs is great, and there are shuttles available to the four parks on property. Staff was also very helpful, and they gave us a free upgrade when our room wasn't immediately ready upon arrival. The café on location serves Starbucks products, and you can get a variety of sandwiches and pastries to start the day. I would definitely stay here again, you cannot beat the price for the fantastic location and service.
