Lets start with the good.
1. Staff was nice.
2. Room was clean on arrival.
Now for the rest.
Upon arrival the internet was down and apparently there is no backup plan for said situation. We had to wait over 4.5 hours and was only offered $100 credit for our troubles. (For reference a drink at the bar average $32-35 each.)
2. The refrigerator didn't cool and required a maintenance visit.
3. Most of the power outlets were so worn out that a plug would just fall out.
4. We paid for a weekly cleaning that never happened and we would not be compensated for it.
5. Shower did not have a door. Any shower splashed water around the floor.
6. Toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down until the tank completely entered.
7. Dryer timer was defective and wouldn't shut off. After several visits we the maintenance personnel implied that we just didn't know how to use it we had enough. We went out after starting the dryer. We texted the concierge and told them the dryer was probably still running and was a fire hazard. After that the timer was replaced.
Now for the best part, these are timeshares. They're a ripoff. They cost tens of thousand to "buy." Then there is a maintenance fee of $1500-2000 a year. Oh and if you need a 2 room, that cost 2 years worth. Thus we paid nearly 4k for a 1 week 2 room hotel with a kitchen. Luckily we were guests of the owners and aren't stuck with the timeshare. We could have stayed much better for less money. Avoid timeshares and your wallet will thank you.

The suite was more than spacious. Had a shower and a big tub I enjoyed soaking in. The rooms were clean and well stocked. There are several pools to choose from. There was music and even live entertainment some time. The grill had excellent food. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again. I can't say enough good things about it.

Great hotel for the family. Can’t wait to check out the pool. We got one with conjoining rooms. Full living room and kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. We also have a balcony from our bedroom as well as the living room. Hotel is close to all the attractions in Orlando so very convenient. Safe area with security. And very quiet

I would give a 5 star review for our recent stay but our 2 bedroom suite was unfortunately next to the mechanical room with a cycling machine that did not allow for a good night's sleep! I texted with the staff and they would have moved us to another room but we were only there for two nights. Staff were very nice and were willing to work with us for a remedy. I would recommend that if you get a king suite to make sure it is not at the end of floor next to the mechanical room! Pools were great, nice to have a full kitchen for mornings. Limited food options as it is a vacation club so with full kitchen in room they expect you to take care of some meals. Pool bar food and drinks good. Easy check in and out. Only 15 minute walk to Seaworld, shuttle bus available, so no need to move your vehicle or pay for parking at the park.

I have visited Orlando 5 times and I have stayed here every single time. Their customer service is outstanding. They have us text them whatever we need and they're always so polite. The rooms are fantastic, spacious and cozy. Every time I come to Orlando, I will never stay anywhere else. They always treat me well and their service is outstanding. They have on call housekeeping so whatever you need, just text them and they'll get it done swiftly. The property has 2 pools that are beautiful. The view at the pool sites are amazing and its just a wonderful vacation. Whatever you come here for, please book suite rooms with them. You won't regret it. Everyone at the front desk deserve a raise-- every time I arrive early, they always keep my luggage stored, and at times, they get us in our rooms early due to having some available. Its just amazing.
