This hotel is fantastic. It's spacious and offers excellent facilities, including pools, water slides, and air conditioning in every room—even the bathrooms. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The cleanliness is outstanding. The food is good, although the variety could be improved, as the menu tends to be the same each night. For this reason, I'm giving one star less.
Note: This hotel is best suited for families with children and older guests. If you're a young, single traveler, this may not be the ideal choice for you😉.

A Return to Venezia Palace Resort!
We visited Venezia Palace Resort three years ago and were pleased to find it still offers a great experience.
1. **Efficient Dining Experience**: Despite its popularity and the crowd, the wait times for the buffet were reasonable. The staff handled the situation efficiently and made sure everyone was well-served.
2. **Outdoor Restaurant**: The restaurant has been renewed, providing ample food and a pleasant dining atmosphere.
3. **Consistent Quality**: The resort maintains its standards. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are comfortable, and a full makeover is planned for the end of this year.
4. **Value for Money**: Although prices have increased, the value for money remains considering the quality of service and amenities.
Special thanks to Bulent Keskaya for ensuring we had a pleasant and comfortable stay with our children. Despite the busyness, we were well taken care of by the dedicated staff.
Venezia Palace Resort continues to be a fantastic destination, and we highly recommend it for a memorable vacation!

A hotel that felt down from a 10th grade ( 3 years ago) to a 5 grade, disappointing: in everything:
- at night the air conditioning in the rooms was turned off (35 degrees during the day and 25 degrees during the night) during the day the air conditioning in the restaurant was turned off;
- the program for children is half an hour and the same every day
- the food is like from a social canteen, by no means from a 5-star restaurant; chicken and fried frozen fish, very limited options for children: pasta or fries; same food every day and they took away the meat from you if you arrive with less than an hour before the lunch/dinner hours finish, one soup only either tomato soup or yogurt soup, the worst stews, cakes and salads ever
-none of the employees speak English but they all know “finished”: kid’s juice finished, cream for milkshake finished, juice for minibar finished, ice cream (vanilla and chocolate only served 2 hours a day) finished, Jack Daniels/Chivas (served only at the reception bar) finished, baklava finished, etc
-not enough people serving at the bar, half an hour queue for a glass of wine or for a juice
-only one restaurant functional, the main one, from all the 9 restaurants advertised, all the rest are now “a la carte” but no one said anything good about them after eating there
-the beach is a chaos, hard for adults to enter the sea, a lot of sand with shells in which you sink halfway when you enter the water, the water full of tiny fishes that bite
The only good thing was the room, the pool and everything around was very clean.
We will never come back to this hotel again and I don’t recomand you to go there, it’s way too expensive (3500€ paid for it) for what they offer and how they treat you.
If Turkey felt down this big, I don’t even want to imagine how low level Egipt or Bulgaria can be :(

Elif from the reception, she gave me directions and was there for every question I had. overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel Venezia, we enjoyed 5 days. Perfect service, smiling people, especially Esra and Emre from the restaurant. the wellness team is phenomenal, a great guy - "Ali". The food is excellent, varied, it's simply incredible to me that this hotel has a rating of 7 on Booking. Thank you again for everything, we heard that renovations are coming and we believe that Venezia will be even better. Let me mention one more guy from the guest desk, I think his name is Burak, a cheerful, fantastic guy who works non-stop and always goes out of his way to meet you. For our friends from Turkey, three of us from Montenegro, 10 points! see you! ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Venezia Palace Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with stunning views of the sea.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And specially thanks guest relation ahmet and animation Ibrahim ❤️ The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's beach, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the Venezia Palace Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Antalya.
