A lovely hotel with great staff and facilities.
I stayed with my wife for 5 nights and we took the UP terrace package.
The breakfast selection was up there with 5* hotels, ranging from continental to a good old fried English.
The up terrace was fantastic and we spent most days up there, great snacks and any drink you wanted all inclusive.
The pool and jacuzzis were Luke warm (perfect).
We were upgraded to an UP room which was spacious and kept very clean by the daily maid visits.
Will definitely be back next year

Absolutely great hotel and amenities. The staff first class, from arriving at reception and all through our two week stay they provided a great service.
The room was spacious and well equipped with a daily cleaning service if required.
The pool and Bar areas were absolutely great and always a pleasure to go to. In over 25 years of going to Tenerife this was our first time in this hotel and was definitely our most enjoyable stay.
We shall definitely be returning here.

We’re currently staying at this hotel and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing so far.
Upon arrival, we were given a room that was clearly not cleaned properly. The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming — it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the room. The overall condition was filthy and far below what we expected. After travelling and arriving tired, the last thing you want is to walk into a dirty, unpleasant room.
We chose to stay here based on a recommendation, which makes this even more frustrating. We ended up sitting in the lobby waiting to be reassigned, hoping the next room would at least be clean and fresh.
We have now been given a new room. While it thankfully doesn’t smell of smoke, it is noticeably smaller than the original room we were first assigned. It will do, as we are only here for two nights, but it still feels like a compromise considering the price we paid.
The terrace area is very basic, with a tiny pool that feels underwhelming. The layout of the hotel is also quite inconvenient, with everything spread out.
The whole hotel feels very commercialised, lacking any personal touch. It honestly feels as though guests are treated like numbers rather than valued individuals, and that concerns or issues are not taken seriously.
To make matters worse, we paid nearly €500 for 2 nights — which, so far, has absolutely not felt worth the money. We are here celebrating a special occasion, and instead of feeling relaxed and happy, this experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths.
We truly hope management takes cleanliness and overall guest experience more seriously in the future.

I would like to leave a review about Hotel Vulcano in Tenerife.
We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are stylish, modern, and have a youthful design — everything feels fresh and cozy. It’s very приятно to come back to such a comfortable room after a day out.
The food is excellent — delicious, varied, and high quality. Every day there is something new to choose from, and everything is prepared with care.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area, not far from the ocean. There are many things around: local markets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. Everything is within walking distance, which makes the stay especially comfortable.
The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and relaxing, while at the same time you can feel the lively resort vibe around. It’s a great option for couples as well as for groups of friends.
If we come back to Tenerife, we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!🕺🌴🇮🇨🫶

First time to this hotel and would highly recommend, staff are genuinely lovely, rooms suit the purpose and have all you need, very clean and well stocked. We were lucky enough to enjoy the UP facilities and again very pleased with it. Having some experience in the hospitality trade, these guys have got it right in my opinion. Will definitely be coming back and will have no problems bringing friends with me.
