Lovely holiday.
The room we requested was an accessible room and it was very much tailored to people with disabilities.
The pool area (we only used the adult area) was lovely, nice pool (however the sun only shone on the patch between the hours of 1 o’clock and 6 o'clock).
The food could’ve been better. I have been to hotels in the past with various cuisines and this hotel didn’t necessarily do that.
On our final day, we weren’t picked up until 5 o’clock so needed an extension on the room due to our brothers disability. This was allowed until 3 o’clock however we were charged.
The gym was minimal although the adverts (even in the hotel) showed a fancy gym setup. This could be improved!
Overall good experience with a minor amount of niggles.

This is our second visit to this hotel. We liked the location of the hotel and enjoyed our stay so we decided to come back. Now renamed Hovima Suites I can see a vast improvement in the restaurant and bar facilities we loved the great choices of sushi and the fresh salads. Shame we weren’t aloud a beer or fizzy with our dinner only water and coffee if you’re not all inclusive. The cocktail’s by the pool were a fair price, and a Starbucks coffee shop which was handy too. All staff seemed happy (well most) and the cleaning staff were pleasant and hardworking. Pool area was always clean, lots of towels left on sunbeds which didn’t bother us, we like to use the pool for a late afternoon dip anyway, rushing to get a sun bed for the day was not our style. The hotel also kindly gave us some cheese and wine as this was our second visit. The only negative was a rude lady on reception there was no need for the arm waving and bad attitude but hey ho she may have been having a bad day I only said could we please have a chair changed . All in alll pleasant hotel with not a lot of entertainment but a nice sky bar with stunning views.

We just spent a week at this hotel, and I can say it's one of the best I have ever stayed at.
The hotel is very family-friendly, with a splash park and kids' pool with different toys to share. The kids' club is open twice a day, and there's a mini disco every evening (I wish it started a bit earlier, though). There are lots of families and kids, but we always managed to find a sunbed or a vacant table during breakfast and dinner.
The food is amazing, with a great variety of dishes, sweets, pastries, and dairy products. I can't even imagine what else I could want to eat, as there was always something unusual and everything was really tasty.
The location is amazing too. The nearest beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and the HiperDino is about a 3-minute walk away.
A separate shout-out to the housekeepers on the second floor. Our kids made such a mess in our room—sand and crumbs everywhere—and every day the housekeeping did an amazing job. I left a thank-you note with a tip, but the money was only taken once.
Every person working at this hotel is very friendly and polite. We were never pressured to buy anything or leave tips.
I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxing family holiday.

Stayed here with my partner for 8 nights all inclusive. Really enjoyable experience. Only complaint would be the entertainment finishing at 10-10:30pm and bar closing at 11. Felt too early on some nights. 10 minutes walk to shops and the beach. Staff really helpful and attentive. Our room was lovely and cleaned every day. Bathroom floor a little worn and stuck down with tape but wasn’t an issue. Entertainment team were good. Some were more enthusiastic than others but they put on a good show. Would definitely stay here again.

All round great hotel. The whole place is kept lovely and clean constantly. All inclusive was great and there was plenty of different food on nearly every meal. Plenty of choice for picky kids as well. Good drink selection and the entertainment was decent for both the kids and adults. The location is absolutely spot on as you're smack bang in the middle of everything you could possibly want from bars to shops and restaurants.
