Very nice hotel, food is always fresh and tasty. Staff is 10/10 always eager to help, really kind and funny. Hotel has parking underground which is not that expensive. If you want to park outside for free there is a small chance that you find a free spot. Location is really good, there are many good restaurants and it's relatively close to Loro Parque. Overall 10/10.

We were so excited for our all-inclusive stay, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The food was honestly awful — we could barely eat anything because the taste was just terrible. I honestly believe most of the food was just pre-packaged ready meals that they simply reheated in the microwave. The cakes didn’t taste fresh at all — they seemed like store-bought desserts rather than something made on-site. The swimming pool was tiny, definitely not what you’d expect from a resort. And the entertainment? Barely anything going on, and what little there was felt like an afterthought. The location was very good but the hotel very old even the lifts you had to wait there for a long time because they were not working and we had a buggy so we could not take stairs. We were really hoping for a relaxing, fun vacation, but this hotel completely missed the mark. I absolutely would not recommend it if you’re looking to enjoy your time.

Arrived Monday 9pm. Clean and tidy reception, friendly and helpful Receptionist through out our stay. 3 lifts or use the stairs, room was basic facing the pool. Lovely area to explore, we even met Mother Theresa (Street Statue) plenty of street entertainment, shops and restaurants. Well cooked breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of variety to suit all tastes, clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Check out was perfect.

If you are on a budget, this is the hotel for you. It was all perfectly clean, rooms are a decent size, we paid a bit extra for an ocean view. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. The pool is small, but adequate. We booked for breakfasts. There was a good variety of options, but some of the foods were obviously for quantity rather than quality. The salami in particular was not great. Think Spanish version of luncheon meat. But, the yogurts, fruits and pastries, were all good, and there was also usual Brit breakfast Fayre available, bacon, eggs, etc. The hotel is a little dated, and there were a few maintenance issues in our room. The air con needed to be fixed (the maintenance guy fixed it by superglue a part on) the lock in our safe needed to be replaced as it wouldn't lock. All sorted out very quickly. We didn't go near the balcony rail whilst sat outside, as it was not solid, and locked as if it had been patched into the wall rather than secured, and there was daylight under the brackets that were meant to be holding it in place. All in all, a decent, budget hotel.

Great hotel not a five star but a four star. no complaints at all. A great example of the fantastic staff, set by fabian… i ask for some water in the early hours of the morning due to all bars being closed and the vending machine being confusing he proceeds to go to a vending machine and buy me and my girlfriend water. Would highly recommend for elder people or families… i stayed in September.
