We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well organized, very stylish, and the rooms are spotless. Our room even had a jacuzzi, which made our stay extra special. The housekeeping is so quiet and careful that you hardly notice them, which makes the hotel feel very calm and relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic too, with great organization and staff who are always smiling and make you feel comfortable. The food was delicious with a lot of variety. The pools were crystal clear, the shows were amazing, and the mini golf was perfect for some fun family time. The theme park was just a step away, which was so convenient for us. The management team is great too, always making sure everything runs smoothly. We have been coming here for three years, and every year it gets better. We can’t wait to come back again next summer! Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. The breakfast team to the front desk all staff made sure we felt relaxed and got we needed. With breath taking views over Benidorm. Beautiful place away from the madness of city. I would definitely make a return to here in the near future

Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

Hotel itself is good, location is far out of you want to go into Benidorm (around 12-15 euro each way).
Buffet for an evening meals is 34 euro for an adult or 15 euro for a child (we did not go for this).
The coffee shop has pizza for about 12 euro.
The issues i had were that the cleaning staff did not replace the coffee / tea etc each day (it was never refilled) also they only replaced the bottles of water once, on the day we moved into a second booking. Speaking to the cleaning staff they do NOT refill the coffee or water during your stay, but they said as a one off they would provide some water.
For a Marriott branded hotel, i found the above bad service, even the Aloft brand (lower end for Marriott) would do this...
Breakfast was good, but it only opened at 8am, where often you would find queues of families waiting to get in as families normally rise early - this should really be 7am.
The pool was good, but this opened at 11am, this seemed really strange to me as i would have expected this to be opened by 9am.
Don't get me wrong, it's a nice hotel, but it just needs a few tweaks by the management, to alter opening times and refilling the things in the rooms.
