We recently stayed at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah from 28-Feb to 1-Mar and overall had a fantastic experience.
The property itself is stunning. The rooms are extremely spacious, impeccably clean, and feel very premium and well-maintained. You can really see the attention to detail. The pool being temperature-controlled made a big difference, and the beach was spotless and beautifully kept.
Brilliant hospitality, the staff were professional, courteous, and consistently attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety and great quality across the board. The spa facilities were also excellent — spacious, calming, and very well managed.
There are plenty of activities within the hotel as well, including live piano music, falcon experience, and even a traditional belly dancing class for guests, which really adds to the overall experience.
There were just two minor areas for improvement. The omelettes at breakfast were slightly below the standard, and the AC in one of our rooms wasn’t functioning properly, which required a few follow-ups with housekeeping.
That said, these were small issues in an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is large, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. I slept very well; the room was extremely spacious, and the staff were efficient, courteous, and professional.
At the Lexington Bar, the Filipino bartender was highly skilled at preparing cocktails an excellent White Russian. Well done!
The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful and generously sized.
The only negative aspect which is not related to the hotel’s services but rather to its proximity to nearby factories less than one kilometer away was the air quality. At midnight, it was practically impossible to remain on the balcony due to the heavy air. This morning at 8 a.m., the odor was still quite intense on the restaurant balcony during breakfast. A real pity.
The only negative point inside the hotel was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the carpeting.
We will return to give it another try during a slightly warmer period.

I am a Ras Al Khaimah resident and have been a regular guest at Waldorf Astoria for approximately three years. Every month, I renew a monthly day pass that grants access to the beach and pool for me and my family.
I would like to clarify that I have nothing negative to say about the restaurants — the staff is consistently professional and courteous — nor about the pool area. However, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the spa management.
In addition to the monthly membership, my family spends on average around 7,000 AED per month on dining within the property. With that level of loyalty and expenditure, I expect consistency and fair treatment.
When renewing my latest membership, I was explicitly informed — in a rather firm manner — that the spa closes at 8:45 PM and that the contract would only be issued if I acknowledged this condition. This is despite the fact that both online and at the spa entrance, the official closing time is clearly stated as 9:00 PM.
Every day at exactly 8:45 PM, the lights are turned off and I am asked to leave the premises. What I find particularly concerning is that this approach appears to apply only to me. I have personally observed other hotel guests being allowed to remain undisturbed until 9:00 PM without any pressure to leave early.
Additionally, restroom amenities are frequently not replenished unless I specifically request them. As early as 8:30 PM, staff begin removing water and services from inside the spa, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Again, I have noticed this practice is not consistently applied to other guests.
I waited as long as possible before writing this review, hoping the situation would improve. Unfortunately, it has not. The experience gives the impression of inconsistent treatment and a lack of respect toward a loyal customer.
Respect, fairness, and consistency should be fundamental standards in a property of this level.

Wonderful stay!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The receptionist Aramay she was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very welcoming. All of the staff were extremely nice, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They truly made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for our anniversary, and it was genuinely the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The team is exceptional IN every possible way; warm, attentive, and extremely professional. The hospitality and service were flawless from start to finish.
Dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with breakfast easily being the best hotel breakfast I’ve had all year. Even the iced coffee was next-level, which is rare for hotels.
The room was incredibly spacious for a non-suite, the balcony view was stunning, and the beach and pools were pristine. Every detail felt intentional and premium. Truly top-tier in every sense — we couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.
