Such a great hotel. Majority of staff are so pleasant and polite but as anywhere theres always a couple of grumpy staff. Richard, the restaurant manager was a joy to behold, always friendly and chatty, genuinely nice guy. Food was generally good, sometimes it was only warm at best. Large selection of lovely salads, fruit and pastries. Different theme each night for hot food. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. English breakfast if you wanted it, again pastries and continental breakfast too. Coffee machine was dodgy, sometimes giving only milk, larde selection of juices too. Would definitely return here again.

This place has gradually gone downhill over the last 5 years or so. Food is mediocre at best.
Main issue is there's way too many guests. 7 years ago most of the rooms were for 2 people... now the owners have crammed 4 people into the rooms... mostly golfers.
Trying to grab a beer at the bar was a mission... way too small for the amount of people.
The hotel used to be a solid 4/5 stars... now I'd say 3/4 stars at best.
I understand the need for more occupation but unfortunately this is definitely to the detriment of the hotel.

The worst all inclusive hotel experience that I have ever been to. To start off with, we had a power cut to which we were told we weren’t allowed another beer after only having 2. We then asked for other drinks and were told no with our lunch as for alcohol, wine we got given one glass, to which we were then told they have ran out. Once we had left the restaurant, the waiting staff brought out more wine for an older aged table, after telling us they had ran out. We also experienced this when asking for vodka, we were told they had ran out, then when someone else pressed for a vodka, the staff magically found a bottle and gave him what was asked for. When ordering drinks it was a massive chore for staff, and you felt bad for ordering even though we had paid the money, the rudest staff I have ever encountered.
As for the food, it’s the most limited amount of options I have ever seen in a so called all inclusive. A massive lack of meat options, pasta you can only have with tomato sauce, pancakes for breakfast there is no toppings to have with it. We ended up eating at a nice steakhouse down the road on the last night because we couldn’t face the horrendous selection again.
Quite comfortably the worst all inclusive hotel I have ever experienced, wouldn’t recommend, and they didn’t even offer money back for the lack of power that was in the room throughout the trip (no lights in the bathroom and couldn’t charge phones up).
Please avoid.

We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience—both in service and amenities—as advertised and priced.
Honestly, while the size of the room was good, it was dated and lacked the quality you'd expect at this level. When your room costs close to £3,000 for two adults and a child on an all-inclusive basis, you expect a bit more. Unfortunately, the reality fell short and felt more like a 3-star property.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the room was immediately a concern. The shower was visibly dirty, and the floors weren’t clean either. On one of the days, we returned from an excursion to a fully made-up room, only to find that the bedding had not been changed—it was clearly still dirty. We had to call housekeeping to have it replaced. A few days later, we ended up stripping the bed ourselves to ensure that fresh sheets were used. This suggests the housekeeping staff are either undertrained or not held to the standards expected of a 5-star resort.
We also had no hot water initially. After contacting the front desk, the issue was eventually resolved, but it took several hours—not ideal when you’re expecting comfort and convenience.
The dining options were quite limited. While the food at the buffet was well-seasoned and enjoyable, the selection was minimal, and there was only one restaurant on the property. For a resort of this price and supposed caliber, we expected more variety in both cuisine and dining experiences.
That said, the dinner service staff were exceptional. Plates were cleared promptly, and the entire team was warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism was a bright spot in our experience.
There is a kids' club, the usual poolside activities, singers during dinner on most nights, and on a few evenings, some entertainment in the lobby bar. However, the entertainment setup is far from efficient—the space is simply too small to accommodate the number of guests comfortably.
One other consideration: the beach is not located on the property. It’s a 10 to 15-minute walk, depending on which part you go to. While this may not be an issue for everyone, it’s worth noting if you’re expecting direct beach access or are traveling with someone who has mobility concerns.
Overall, while there were a few positives—particularly the dinner staff and the flavorful food—the experience didn’t live up to its 5-star label or price point. There’s potential here, but several areas need serious improvement before this resort can truly be considered luxury.

The cleanliness was so bad. The cleaners did not clean properly what so ever it was awful.
Our 1 year old son was unwell and vomited on the covers multiple times during the night, the next morning we asked could the cleaners actually change the sheets as they had neglected to any other time they came into the room, all they did was make the bed and leave everything else as is.
Reception informed me they’d specifically request for the sheets to be changed, when we came back from our day out, the bed had been made but there was still a smell of vomit, when we opened the bed we realised this was because all the cleaner did was turn the bed sheets inside out and put the vomit stained sheets on the other side of the bed. Was absolutely vile
