I strongly do not recommend staying
During my stay I was robbed on the hotel premises, right by the pool area. I only left my belongings for a moment to go to the restroom, and during that time my handbag with all of its contents was stolen.
What was even more shocking was the reaction from the hotel staff. Instead of offering any help, I was simply told that the hotel has no cameras, they take no responsibility, and that I can call the police myself. There was absolutely no interest in helping a guest who had just been robbed on their property.
This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot even leave your belongings for a moment in the hotel pool area without the risk of being robbed, and the staff shows no concern at all, it clearly says a lot about the level of safety in this place.
Very disappointing experience. I felt completely unsupported and unsafe. I would never come back and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

I would say that three stars accurately describe the hotel. The hotel could use a bit of renovation on the surfaces. Additionally, while we were there, one of the elevators was not working, which meant having to wait for minutes at a time for the elevator.
As a particular downside, I also want to mention that my children, who were looking forward to playing basketball, were charged 20 euros per hour, and the court didn’t even have a basketball net, which was a big disappointment for them.
Otherwise, everything worked fine. Customer service was good, as was the food. The place doesn’t offer any luxury, but you can still have a nice vacation there despite the minor shortcomings.

First, the hotel's location and the view from the balcony are great. I have no idea where all these bad reviews are coming from. We, a family of four, stayed for 11 nights. This is a 3-star hotel, but in my opinion, it's a 3.5-star hotel. The staff is friendly, the location is great, the rooms are big, and the bed mattresses are very comfy. The restaurant food is good; we had no issues. If you buy a 3-star hotel holiday and expect 5-star quality, you need to rethink.
The only bad thing is British People fly-tipping rubbish everywhere
Some British individuals throw rubbish out through the balcony. Absolutely disgusting behaviour🤢🤢🤢.
Regarding alcohol, Amstel beer is good, and even non-alcoholic beer like Heineken Zero is available. The swimming pool is heated, which is great.
Some people mentioned drugs dealers in the town I can confirm that is true; we saw a few.
Overall, we had a great time.

Traveled here with wife and two kids.
The family room is impractical as kids sleep on a pull out couch. There is no need for a couch. Should just have been two separate beds. Who hangs out in the room to watch local TV. Minus one star because of that.
The sleeping couch was only given one duvet to share between two kids, that is silly. There should be two separate duvets. We had to go and get one.
The circuit breaker in the room is extremely noisy and buzzing all the time when power is on to the room. Minus 1 star because of that.
The complex is worn, everything functions but it is dated.
Food is generally okay, but not anything to jump about. There was one day where I watched the chef prepare chicken breast and serve them undercooked and pink in the middle. I don’t think he knew what he was doing. Minus 1 star because of that.
I am also giving 1 star for service as the undercooked poultry is a huge no no.
One pool is, kind of, heated in February. It is generally cold. I would consider using a wetsuit. All other swimming pools are really cold.
One practical thing is the location. You get late sun which means the room will not get heated up in the morning and you can enjoy evening sun from the balcony. That is a big plus for me.

It was amazing stating here however the first night we where here I did eat a few of the hot dogs wich unfortunately made me very unwell so I wouldn't recommend eating the hot dogs unless you want to ruin your holiday. I don't mind naff accommodation but I do mind naff food the food was not very good the bacon was very hard and unchewable.
The rooms where amazing thoe and I'd definitely come back(only if they had better food) And the water park is unbearable, the salt water there gets all in your eyes wich isn't pleasant so half the time we just stayed in the hotel pool.
And aswell the main road to peurto mogan is now shut until a while so I'd recommend taking the bus instead, as before the road was shut you could easily get a taxi for €12 but its now cheaper to take bus
