Fantastic place for a holiday. We’ve been here for a week and we can’t fault anything, the hotel is very clean and tidy, the food is nice, the staff are amazing. The animation team, Kendra, Conall and Henrique especially have been fantastic my daughter has thoroughly enjoyed mini club, having her face painted drawing pictures & making drums. They also take the kids in the mini pool and walk around to get drinks and ice creams. The waterpark isn’t far and is great fun, theres also a nearby theme park We will be back that’s for sure!!

We had an amazing stay at Midor Hotel in Maspalomas! The vibe here is fantastic — relaxed, welcoming, and full of energy. The facilities are excellent, with everything you could want for both comfort and fun, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy yourself. A special shoutout to Nerea from the animations team — she truly made our holiday unforgettable. Her energy, warmth, and creativity brought so much joy to every activity. Thanks to her, every day was filled with laughter and memorable moments. She’s an absolute star and really made our experience extra special. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a fun, vibrant atmosphere with brilliant staff and great facilities. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms and food are what you would expect for the price but the entertainment team are amazing! Our children had an absolute ball at the kids club with all the entertainment team. Connell really encouraged the children to make new friends, they loved Kendra painting their faces like pirates, my daugter particularly liked Marea on the first day, she helped her come out of her shell a little bit when she was nervous to go to the club. They enjoyed the entertainment so much that we had to come back to the hotel early from the beach so that they could go to the club. Kids had a ball on the stage for mini disco and them evening entertainment was great fun, particularly the round the world show the staff put on and name that song game for adults. We would come back particularly for the entertainment team.

After a week's stay here, I can honestly say that this hotel fell short of our expectations. Pre-mixed cocktails dispensed from a machine tasted cheap and nasty, couldn't drink them. The air conditioning situation was frustrating, having to hire a portable unit at extra cost, we couldn't hire it the night of arrival as we enquired when we arrived and was apparently not possible. Beds weren't all that comfortable. The heat is intense in the room, you have to leave the sliding door open to use the air con unit which poses a bit of a security issue. As a smoker myself, the smoking area is disgusting, there is a huge vent opposite blowing out hot air making it extremely uncomfortable to sit or stand and have a cigarette. There's also a very powerful vomit/sick smell we noticed when walking past the top of the pool bar. Dinner was good, breakfast was ok and some days were a bit repetitive. Some plates didn't seem completely clean and had to go on the hunt for cuterly some evenings. I will say that the reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, answered all our questions about the local area, things to do, transport etc. I also had a massage at the hotel and that was excellent, the masseuse was very professional and I felt extremely relaxed. The love/hate sports bar is fantastic. Service was very good, the food was incredibale and staff are lovely. In summary, the staff are a credit to the hotel but the hotel itself needs some improvement.

Fantastic hotel! We have had a great week here. The entertainers are absolutely phenomenal. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday. They are very approachable! Connell and Henrique are brilliant and a credit to Dunas Mirador. My youngest loved kids club which had a variety of fun things for children to do. Food has been brilliant with lots of variety, hotel rooms are comfy and spacious. We would definitely recommend Dunas Mirador
