The thing is, we love this hotel. This is a ball on a budget disney resort. The pools are gorgeous, the scenery and decor is great. I definitely recommend the preferred rooms which include Fantasia, Dalmatians and another theme that I cannot remember off the top of my head. The inside of the rooms are not themed. Only the building exterior. In your room is a copious amount of towels perfect for a larger family, joffreys coffee (its in the drawer under the coffee maker) and a smart box for entertainment. The resort cups only work at the resort. If you plan on hanging around the resort you can get your money's worth for them. The food court has good food that is fairly priced especially for property. You can use disney gift cards anywhere on property as well. The buses are convenient for travel to and from the parks as well.

Very happy with my stay here rooms where clean and smelled good beds where firm to my liking and the hotel staff where fantastic
The food court is very expensive 12$ small salads 5$ bottles of Powerade and 14$ burgers adds up
(Food hack if you're a pizza lover order on the Disney app and a whole pizza was just 24$ great for family's or stretching a meal over a few days)
Rooms came with 1 standard bed and 1 pull down bed with the pull down bed up it became a table room had TV a safe and a drink cooler no fridge or kitchen
Great bathrooms plenty of space with a tub/shower combo the room I was in wasn't wheelchair friendly in the bathrooms high tub and a wheelchair couldn't fit past the bed to the bathroom otherwise no stairs on the first floor and very clean I'm sure they have wheelchair friendly options based on the signage.
I'm giving the room a 3 star purely because the AC wasn't great taking 2 full days of none stop running to cool the room from 75 to 69 and had to shut the bathroom door to get that temp.

We had a fantastic time! The rooms were great and very clean. The only things not so great were our last day when ordering food they messed up every order we made in some way. I ordered my husband breakfast and they gave him a totally different menu item. Or when ordering sides differently for my kids they disregarded and did both the same and left out a snack. I got great service from the front desk personally. However at one point my husband went up there for assistance and after waiting for a while for someone to be available to help him they looked right at him then went to the people behind him to help them instead. Other than that our stay was great and we'd love to come again.

'Budget' low thrills hotel.
Cast members are super friendly.
Rooms are small but functional.
If you are planning to be hitting the parks alot this is a solid choice. (beyond the fact its a mono transport hotel, eg no skyliner, boat or monorail, just bus)
Tip, if you are in mighty ducks area, dont trapse across to the bus hub at movies, cut over to movies and grab the bus there, closer and quicker, plus get to visit another resort.
Also, when returning from parks, a good idea is to use both buses as potential transport options.
Helps cut down wait times.

This was my first time staying at a Disney Resort. I would recommend staying on property from now on. We were in the Toy Story building right near the parking lot. Which worked out perfect. I felt the resort was quiet and peaceful. We did hear people at times in front of the room or in their rooms. The food at the food court was great. They offered a variety of things, priced at $5-$15. Check in was super quick. The rooms are clean but very small. The designs throughout the resort are beautiful. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was very cold when we went. The weather was okay but it had been raining a lot so I assume that was part of the reason for the cold plunge. Since this is a value resort, it is farther from magic kingdom. We only visited Epcot, Disney Springs, and Magic Kingdom but still was a 15 minute drive.
