We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites, and overall, our experience was mixed.
The best part of the stay was the room layout — the suites are very spacious and well-suited for larger families. We loved that the bedroom could be closed off from the rest of the space, giving some added privacy. The full kitchen was a major bonus, complete with a microwave, full-sized fridge, stove, and dishwasher, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel.
The breakfast each morning was another highlight — plenty of options and everything was tasty. Also, the rooms were surprisingly quiet; once you were in the bedroom, you couldn’t hear any outside noise.
That said, the hotel is definitely showing its age. While it seems like they’ve tried to modernize some elements, it feels like the updates were done by hired hands rather than professionals. Our room was mostly clean, but we did find a random fingernail on the rug, which was pretty gross.
More concerning was that our friends’ room had visible mold, which is unacceptable in any hotel. That wasn’t our personal experience, but it does raise questions about consistency in maintenance and cleanliness.
Overall, we’d rate our own stay as 3 stars — decent for the price and space, but the outdated condition and the mold issue in another room really bring it down. If management can address these problems, it could be a great option for families.

I picked this hotel because of the spacious rooms with a kitchenette — and the price/value ratio. Totally worth it!
The hotel itself is a bit old and some renovation can be done, but the room was very clean, with more than enough towels and really comfortable mattresses and beds — perfect after long, exhausting days in the Parks.
The location is great: there’s a 24/7 Walgreens right across the street and Publix nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free laundry for guests — a big plus for families or longer stays.
Breakfast was standard for this hotel category — nothing fancy, but you won’t leave hungry. Dishes and cutlery are plastic, which I don’t like.
Overall, a good value for money if you’re looking for a clean, spacious suite close to Disney and other Parks.

For a business trip to Florida, I stayed at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to Old Town. It’s also just a quick Uber ride to the Gaylord Convention Center. The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom had a few minor issues. The pool was adequately sized, and the pool bar was great. The staff was notably friendly, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommended for its value for money.

It is not a hotel, it like old movies when you have a stand alone motel. The rooms are arranged in a serial way and to the open air, No building. You are exposed to any type of insects or lizards. However, they did not face any but this may be because of the cold weather. The furniture is very old, elevator are vey noisy and its doors are pumping. Breakfast like maze, it is like if you are in military service. The only bright thing in this building is people service. They are welcoming and supportive. If these people are not there, you can not stay even one night.

Overall the stay was nice. Could use some upgrades. The elevator wasn't working on the side closest to my room. I've never stayed at a Staybridge with outdoor rooms, but it was fine. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and front desk is extremely responsive and friendly. Breakfast was decent and I like that they provide you a breakfast menu in your room of what will be served each day. Inwas at a convention and didn't spend much time enjoying the amenities, but I was comfortable.
