A filthy hotel! I got covered in rashes all over my body from the bedsheets! The food was terrible, almost the entire hotel got sick to their stomachs! Cleaning in the room only when they feel like it! Plates with dried-up food left around! I paid for All Inclusive, and for 4 days I only ate watermelon with cheese! I absolutely do not recommend it!! Believe the bad reviews, they are true!

Our vacation was amazing from start to finish, but a special shoutout goes to Barış from the animation team! His energy, friendliness, and passion for his work truly stood out. He made every activity fun and memorable — from the daytime games to the evening shows. The hotel itself was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always helpful, but Barış definitely made our stay extra special. We’re already thinking about coming back, mostly thanks to him. You don’t come across people like him every day! 👏

4 stars mean premium category in Hungary, therefore we expected much much better, probably in Turkey it means something else?
The room was more or less okay. The food is good if you don't eat meat and love dill. Fruits are only water melone and orange, the cookies are with several colours but the same taste. We had to fight always for free table and clean forks in the restaurant.
The staff don't speak english or just a little. The toillettes in the common rooms are disgusting in the afternoons and evenings, i think they clean it only in the morning. The hygiene in the hotel and in the restaurant is very low.
The programs in the hotel are poor, compare the neighbour hotels. There are 2 pools, they are okay, but there isn't enough sun bed for so many guests.
The sea is awesome and easy to reach through a tunnel.

Quite cheap hotel, but even for the low price it's quality is horrendous.
The good things: quite decent food that rotates a bit, and there's a variety of choices each time, so it doesn't get too boring. The desserts are also not bad.
The bad things: staff is not good at English, the rooms are dirty, with black dents on the walls everywhere, absolute zero sound isolation, you can hear every breath your neighbor takes while doing the number two 🤢 the stairs are crooked in some places, the public areas like cafeteria and pools are often way overcrowded, you regularly see food spilled on the floor and tables. The bed linen is changed daily, but it's a lottery if you'll get a clean or a dirty one (stains that won't wash out anymore), the showers clog very easily, the russians that stay here are obnoxious beyond belief, the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, so there's hardly anything to do within walking distance.
Generally, you don't "save money" by staying cheap here. You throw away money because the downsides are noth worth the cheapness. I would recommend it only to students who are on a tight budget and are used to spartan conditions. Everyone else - find some extra money in your budget and stay somewhere more decent. This is really like a dormitory with a pool than a hotel.

My stay at the Mirabell Hotel was from 19.05-26.05.2025. This is a small family run hotel. Very clean and tidy, and lovely staff. The best thing was the SPA and their professional staff. I was happy to do 6 massages plus sauna and hammam. But I want the owners of this hotel to pay more attention to the food, it is monotonous and a bit more variety would be welcome. I believe the menue is not suitable for kids. The food is displayed without a name or content, if someone is allergic to any product their stay could be ruined. If you like to enjoy a refreshing drink or a cocktail there's non to be found in the hotel, it has very poor choice. Access to the seaside is not the best and beach wasn't the cleanest either - don't know if hotel or local council is responsible for it but could be improved. Overall I had a good time and rest, but for extras I had to travel around.
