We recently stayed at Andaz by Hyatt Dubai The Palm, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel’s design is modern and stylish, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive — always ready to assist with a smile. Allan from reception was very helpful The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I particularly enjoyed “the breakfast buffet”, “the pool area”, “the beach access”, The location on the Palm is perfect — peaceful yet close to main attractions. Shree from Locale restaurant was incredibly warm and made sure we were well taken care of.
Highly recommend Andaz for anyone visiting Dubai who values comfort, style, and excellent service. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is close to the sea, but you need to walk a bit to reach the beach area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had modern, non-traditional décor.
There is a local buffet restaurant on the ground floor that opens at 6:30 PM. I didn’t try it because the menu was limited outside of buffet hours.
There’s also an international Asian restaurant on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city.
The service was excellent, but food delivery to rooms is not available at the beginning and end of the day.
I booked through the hotel’s customer service team and got a good discount. However, I was surprised by a much higher price when I wanted to extend for one more night.
The hotel has an Egyptian spa that offers unique massage types, including Pharaonic and other traditional Egyptian styles.
Thanks to the management for their efforts in promoting the spa.

We stayed at Andaz The Palm for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special, and every detail was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism.
The hotel itself is stunning — modern, stylish, and perfectly located on the Palm with breathtaking views. Our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had all the little touches that made our stay feel extra luxurious. The dining options were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt both vibrant and relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.
A special mention must go to Ahmed Sami, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary so memorable. His attention to detail, genuine care, and outstanding service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a deluxe spot with a reasonably quick taxi ride (considering the size of the city) to all the prime attractions the city has to offer. The room (double, sea view) delivered exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. The hotel itself is maintained to such a high class it blew our expectations away. I would like to give a huge thank you to Chelo who was very understanding of my allergies and informed the kitchen every night we dined, always had a smile and was very welcoming and I feel she is a huge credit to the hotel. Thank you to the chefs as well, really understanding. When we return to Dubai the hotel will be at the top of our shortlist!

Feels like the stylish cousin in the Hyatt family—modern, colorful, and right on the beach. Rooms are bright, well-designed, and come with views that make you stall on check-out. The rooftop pool is a showstopper, perfect for sunsets that look like postcards. Service is sharp but laid-back, which fits the vibe. Restaurants are excellent (the breakfast spread could keep you happy all day). Prices are definitely 5-star, but the mix of location, design, and comfort makes it feel worth it.
