We just finished a wonderful 10-day stay at the resort and we're already planning our return! The entire experience, from beginning to end, was fantastic.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurants and bars, was incredibly welcoming. The resort's selection of pools was a major highlight, and our kids absolutely loved them. The food was also excellent; we had the bed and breakfast option and there was something delicious for everyone.
We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a holiday in the sun, whether as a couple, family, or solo traveler. We look forward to booking our next trip soon.

We spent a pleasant 7 days at the hotel. As for the accommodation, the apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 (two adult daughters), but we would have liked more storage space for clothes. We especially appreciate the beautiful terrace with a partial view of the sea. We had half board at the hotel, and the food was of very good quality and especially the dinners were varied enough. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. A big plus is the large and free parking right in front of the hotel. Thank you for a pleasant holiday and we will be happy to come back here on our next visit to the Algarve.

Just came back from here. Absolutely fantastic time. Stunning resort. You have access to 10 pools, mini waterpark for children, supermarket on site. There a few restaurants also to choose from. You are 10 minutes drive from old town and 10 minute drive from new town. The only i would say while the entertainment at the pool during the day was good, I feel the music should be playing all day to add to the atmosphere. Rooms spotless, cleaned every day. Will definitely come back here again and would highly recommend here to family and friends

Fantastic hotel for families! There are multiple pools at the hotel, as well as the two other related hotels which are just across the street.
The food is nice and the staff is very friendly. You can walk right to the beach from the hotel 😍
A bug plus: you can park your rental car easily on one of the parking spaces of the hotel.

We love it here! We have a 11 day trip booked here as a family: 2 adults and 2 kids (6&8). We choose a standard room. It's just fine. Big enough for all of us. There is one bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is a simple sofa bed for 2. We have two kids that don't sleep in, so it is a bit noisy because of the sliding door. But the hotel is so nice it hardly bothered us. There are several pools (14 in total) that you can choose from. The first welcome at the reception was very pleasant. The staff at the reception is soooo kind, helpfull and genuinly interested. They truly want to give you a great experience with a lot of service. We asked for another room for a nicer view and they did their best and managed to get us a better room even though it seemed fully booked. If I could give extra stars for the reception staff AND interns I would ;-) I would have stayed longer if we could. It is a big hotel but because it is so big the guests are spread very widely throughout the resort so you still feel relaxed. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone! If you stay longer than a week I would recommend a car. The walk to the beach is amazing, but a lot of stairs though. I am a person who likes to try new things but I do consider coming back one day 😊 Mt obrigado por tudo!
