Entertainment 2nd to non .. we stayed in Sussesi last year and didn't think it could be beat, .. but numa bay exclusive was incredible..best hotel we've been to in turkey 🇹🇷 . Nice hotel with lots of activities. Tends to be a bit loud, so if you're looking for a quiet getaway, not the place. Staff are incredibly friendly. Facilities are good. Drinks could be better, food was great. Lots of variety. Spa is amazing. Beach had a lot of micro plastic in it, unfortunately. Several different pools and an adult only pool to get away from the kids a bit. However, it get crowded rather quickly. Very rocky beaches so wear water shoes (I recommend). Overall a nice hotel. A bit smaller than expected but it is a nice hotel.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel — maybe it was like that 10 years ago. Not all the staff speak English. Sometimes they can be too annoying trying to show that they can speak Russian when they hear that I can, even though I’m Ukrainian. I would prefer to speak English. The rooms need renovation — a lot of things are cracked or broken, although still working. Poor ventilation in the rooms, especially in the bathroom. There were no bathrobes or toothpaste in the room — I didn’t expect to have to think about how to brush my teeth in a 5-star hotel. The buffet is okay but not great — not the biggest choice of meat dishes. Also, the hotel doesn’t follow quiet hours — there are loud parties and events with music going on even after 11 p.m., which makes it hard to rest. On top of that, we weren’t informed about the exact check-out date when we checked in, and on the day of departure we were simply told that our stay was over, so we had to pack our things in a rush.

We spent 8 days and 7 nights at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, it was clear that the reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The room we received had no soundproofing whatsoever, and when we arrived at night, the terrace door had been left open. It had rained, so the water was standing on the tiles inside the room, and we had to clean it up ourselves. We were placed on the ground floor, where the view was just a fence of the neighboring hotel, and people could easily see into our room. From 10 a.m. until 11 p.m., loud music was playing from the neighboring pool and stage area, with heavy bass. Every morning at 6 a.m., a Turkish prayer was broadcast loudly through speakers, which woke us up without fail. There was a gap of about 3 cm between the door and the frame, and we could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms - even people using the bathroom. Each day, we received half a roll of toilet paper for two people and one bottle of water. The floors were never mopped, no dusting was done, and the shower was in poor condition. There is a safe in the room, but they charge 2 euros per day for it, and if you don't pay, they take no responsibility for anything that goes missing. The internet is also charged separately, 2 euros per day. Another completely unacceptable incident also happened: One day around 10 a.m., someone started knocking on our door. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging outside, and we were in the middle of getting dressed to go to the beach. We said "just a moment," but the knocking continued more aggressively. When we opened the door, three grumpy men in work clothes were standing there. Without any proper explanation, one of them said in a rude tone: "telephone control," and they forced us out of the room and entered without giving any reason. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. The food was also very disappointing. Breakfast was the same every single day: eggs, yesterday's cheese and cold cuts that already looked questionable. Lunch typically consisted of three options: pasta, rice, sometimes fish, and tasteless grilled meat. Dinner was occasionally slightly better, but not always. The desserts looked nice, but most of them tasted almost the same. Fruits included watermelon, grapes, and moldy plums. The alcoholic drinks were just acceptable, but the beer was very weak, almost like water. The coffee from the machine was terrible. The pools and "services" were not enjoyable either. There are two pools (not counting the one with the slide). One was so cold that hardly anyone used it, and the other was heated and therefore crowded, mostly with children. At the pool bar, a man repeatedly and aggressively offered massages. Even after we said we were not interested, it was very difficult to get rid of him. He was arrogant and pushy, and many other guests were clearly uncomfortable with him as well. There is no disco room, daily programs are rare or low-quality, and the evening shows were not impressive - the only acceptable performance was by some African acrobats. The beach is about 800-900 meters from the hotel. A tractor with a trailer takes guests there, but we preferred walking. The hotel's designated beach area itself was not bad; snacks and beer were available, and the man working there was polite and pleasant. The sea was warm, but a river flows into it nearby and brings a lot of trash, so it's not unusual to see plastic bags floating around you. The hotel shop is very expensive, but there is a bazaar nearby where you can buy the same products for much less. However, the sellers there are very aggressive, especially during the day when there are fewer customers - they try to pull you into their shops, which is very uncomfortable. At night, when there are more people, this is less of an issue. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. We will definitely not return, and we cannot recommend it to anyone.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. The best part was definitely the staff, especially the Animation Team and Kadir – they were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything.We also really liked the evening activities! The food tasted good, but the main dishes were a bit repetitive.

Still at the hotel but what a big disappointment. The staff is unfriendly and short. The rooms are minuscule and dated, shower head is blocked, cockroaches in the room. Only 2 swimming pools and quite small, people blocking seats since the night before and no one doing anything about it. Floors are slippery everywhere even in your own bathroom, Wifi is 17eur per person, can’t even share because they ask for your phone and put in the code themselves. Music is super loud everywhere. A la carte restaurant is closed while in high season. Hotel gives an all-over worn impression, we payed quite a big sum to stay here, and when you arrive you see this old hotel, what a bummer. Food is ok, not too bad but showcased in a way it really does not inspire your hunger. Very chaotic at meal times. Beach is 15min walk away and quite ok, snacks at beach are not included however, so if you stay the day you have to keep going back and forth. Antalya center is 15kms away, 1hr in public transport, so no center at walking distance, only a few bazars with very unpleasant personnel. We booked through Sunweb and had a 3 hour drive from the airport. With a stop in between where they charge you enormous amounts in Turkish Lira for eating something (we had to eat since our flight was delayed for 3 hours and it was already passed midnight and we hadn’t eaten in forever) 7eur for a very small kebab and 7eur for a really small portion of fries. So beware!

Our stay at Club Mermaid Village was exceptional in every way. The staff – from the reception, technicians, and cleaning team to the bartenders – were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel is spotless throughout, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The lush, well-kept greenery makes the hotel stand out among other local properties, creating a true oasis of peace. Every evening there is something interesting and different to enjoy, and during the day the animation team organizes various games and activities, so it’s hard to get bored here. It was a wonderful holiday in Turkey – surrounded by amazing, kind people, in a charming place full of positive energy. We wholeheartedly recommend it! Paulina, Przemek, and Piotrek from Poland

We recently stayed at Club Mermaid Village. Overall, the hotel is fine — the rooms are clean, the facilities are decent, and the general atmosphere is pleasant enough. However, there are two things that really took away from the experience. First, the music at the pool area is excessively loud. It’s not just lively — it’s blasting to the point where you can barely hold a conversation or enjoy a moment of peace. If you’re hoping to relax by the pool, this can quickly become overwhelming. Second, while I understand that guests want to have fun, it’s frustrating and genuinely unsafe when people play with a hard volleyball around the pool. There are plenty of guests trying to relax, yet large goals are set up right next to sunbeds, and balls are flying dangerously close — or directly into — people. I was hit in the head with full force, ended up with a black eye, swelling, and had to spend an entire day in my room with a headache. What’s particularly frustrating is that there’s another pool nearby, next to the water slides, which is closed every day from 12 to 2 PM. It would make far more sense — and be much safer — to allow ball games in that area during that time, rather than in the middle of a crowded poolside filled with families. All in all, Club Mermaid Village has potential, but some basic changes to noise levels and a serious rethink of safety around the pool area are needed.

Coming home after a 7 day holiday to the Eftalia village. I’ll start with what I thought was really nice about this resort, there was plenty of availability, shops on sight, entertainment, friendly staff + very helpful, the maids cleaned the rooms very nicely and left origami which I thought was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were nice but slightly dated, comfy beds, hot water etc. The pools were very nice, slides for children and adults. The location is very close to the ocean and town, there’s a very small maybe 5 minute walk to a small town area for shopping. Now, this may not be for everyone. But our shower was broken when we arrived, now they were very quick to fix. But the next day it had broken again, luckily it seemed they fitted two new shower heads in which I was pleased about. Food, there was very little options. Most of the food was very beige, like chips, bread etc. breakfasts were all the same. Lunch was the best meal of all 3, dinner was slightly repetitive but better than breakfast. Your rooms view is a hit and miss, but ours was rather disappointing as we just got a wall… It was okay as we weren’t in the room often, but it’s annoying for those who like staying in a room. But overall, this hotel is rather pleasant. + if your a cat lover this place is good for you!

⭐ Hotel Review ⭐ This was my second visit this year, and once again, it was an amazing experience! I’d like to give special thanks to the best waiter in the restaurant — Devran — who looked after me and my friends during our 14-day vacation. He remembered our usual drink orders from our visit back in June, and as soon as he saw us enter the restaurant, he guided us to our table and headed straight to the bar to prepare our drinks. Throughout our stay, he constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and even when the restaurant was extremely busy, he always greeted us with a big smile. Devran truly made our dining experience memorable once again. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year!

Me and my partner went here for 10 nights all inclusive for £1700. The food was horrendous and spent most nights going out to eat which cost money, not ideal when you paid all inclusive. The alcohol choice was horrendous for all inclusive it only actually included bottom shelf vodka,brandy, gin, raki, and beer. I drink Malibu and a single Malibu and coke cost me €8 even though I paid all inclusive. I tired some of these “all inclusive drinks” and none of them got me even a little waved, it was only when I brought two cocktails for 800 lira that I actually got a bit tipsy and again you have to pay for the cocktails. The pools are freezing cold and the surrounding area tiles/floor are dangerously slippy. Over my ten days alone I witnessed over 12 people slip over, seriously hurting them selves. An old man slipped back and smashed his elbow, a woman slipped walking to the food/snack section, a boy slipped shortly coming out of the pool, and to top it off a man slipped and knocked himself unconscious and the life guard (who was sat on a chair with her hair curled) just walked over to him and started prodding him. Even watching the little kids come out of the pool or walk on the slabs gave me anxiety! The best part of the holiday was the sun and the adult pool and the beach. will not be coming back here and I do not recommend, certainly don’t recommend paying for all inclusive since the food is disgusting and you have to pay for majority of the alcohol there. For mine and my partners first holiday together we were extremely disappointed!!!!

We have just got back after a 10 night stay here, we were a family of 8 and we all absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing break as well as fun for the kids, meal times could be a bit hectic but always made fun due to a member of staff called Yunus, he was accommodating in helping us find a table and fantastic with the kids always playing and joking with them. Would highly recommend this for families with young kids.

Pretty decent if you come for the experience but rooms are pretty awful, hair and dirt found in bed upon arrival alongside bloodstains and white looking stains on the headboards, but the lady does a good job at the swans.. throughout the day the area is lovely inside the resort although the location is very limited for experiences outside the resort and is very rough looking. All inclusive isnt very inclusive as you are bound to beer and wine only unless you would like to pay 10 euros+ per cocktail when you can walk 5 minutes down the road and get one for 50% cheaper. Family room did not come as advertised as there was only 1 double and 5 singles, as advertised as 2 double and 3 singles, 1 being a twin room, a couple room and doublexsingle, 0 free spirits, not even the fresh orange is free

We visited the hotel with a group of friends, including children aged 1 to 5 years. We stayed for 10 days, and it turned out to be an unpleasant experience throughout the entire vacation. Upon arrival, we were taken to “luxury” rooms with a pool for one night, and were told that if we wanted to stay there for the rest of the nights, we would need to pay an additional €150. The next day at reception, we refused to pay that much, so a staff member offered us a “special deal” for €100, saying it was a big discount. We agreed, as we had two small children (1 and 5 years old) and wanted a more comfortable and spacious room. The room’s pool looked nice, but the water was very cold, so we didn’t use it for the entire vacation. The hotel walls were very thin — we could clearly hear our neighbors talking, which made it difficult to rest. The housekeeping was also very superficial. After cleaning, there was often trash left in the room, and it never felt properly cleaned. Although the hotel claims to be family-friendly, we were very disappointed with the food. A 5-year-old can’t eat only fries and nuggets for 10 days — and even those were often dry or burnt. For our 1-year-old, there was absolutely nothing suitable to eat. The food didn’t impress the adults either. The only thing we really enjoyed were the watermelons. The most unpleasant part was that the hotel didn’t inform guests about a Coxsackie virus outbreak. Unfortunately, our children caught it, so half of our vacation was ruined. We had to see the hotel doctor, who referred us to a hospital. What made things worse was the lack of hygiene and disinfection in the hotel. Spilled alcohol or other liquids on tables were just wiped with a cloth, and then the same cloth was used to clean other surfaces. We saw this with our own eyes, so it’s no surprise that viruses spread so easily in this hotel. Prices in the hotel shops are outrageous, and the “all inclusive” package is definitely not all inclusive. Orange juice is extra, and if you want alcoholic or other cocktails, you have to pay from €8. Children’s entertainment was also disappointing. The schedule said the kids’ disco started at 20:15, but when we arrived at that time, it was already over. The evening program for children was far too short. We are very disappointed with our stay. We had unpleasant experiences with illnesses, and we feel we overpaid for this hotel. Unfortunately, it cannot be called a 5-star hotel when it fails to meet basic hygiene and “all inclusive” standards.

We stopped there for a week, we found all the staff amazing and wouldn’t fault them on anything, they made the trip, if it wasn’t for them the hotel would have a lower rating. There’s a few things I have to say about it though: Our hotel room smelled of sewage almost every evening. We only got stocked up on water once during our stay. There isn’t a luggage room for when you checkout and wait for transfer, meaning You just leave them out in the lobby. The daytime entertainment lacks a lot, meaning after a few days of excursion's you are left bored. The food in the restaurant wasn’t very well labeled and a lot were mislabelled, so not very allergy friendly. Average €30 taxi trip away from Alanya, although €2 bus trip isn’t bad. Good stings included in all inclusive, but spirits are watered down. Be careful with your kids at the slides at the island, the staff at the top very rarely pay any attention, on their phones scrolling and smoking. Also, CUTE CATS!! They are mainly out in the morning as it’s cooler, they are at the front entrance of the hotel. You can also find little lizards in the morning on the island. There’s were a few more thing, and don’t get me wrong most of these didn’t impact our trip too much the only thing that I would say kept almost ruining it was the smell in the room, but other than that they were generally just unconvincing.

A Nightmare Vacation and an Obvious Scam – Avoid This Hotel! We were a large group – 12 adults and 5 children. What we experienced at Eftalia Marin Resort not only ruined our vacation but also caused immense stress. This hotel is far from 5 stars and is definitely not "ultra all-inclusive." At most, I would give it 4 Turkish stars. WARNING! If you encounter any health issues, especially with children, be extremely cautious. When our 1.5-year-old daughter developed a fever, the hotel doctor immediately diagnosed her with "Coxsackievirus" and insisted we go to a private hospital he recommended. He was more interested in our insurance policy numbers than our child's health. He even suggested taking healthy children for testing! At the hospital, they only ran general tests that couldn't confirm the virus, and for the 15 km ride back, they demanded a ridiculous €80 from each family, claiming "insurance will cover it all." This is a clear scheme to profit from tourists. My advice: before going to their recommended hospital, consult with a doctor from your home country first, or you will be scammed. Hygiene is simply tragic. In the restaurants and bars, you constantly find dirty dishes and cutlery. The room floors weren't washed for days – covered in other people's hair, and a wet wipe would turn black after swiping it across the floor. It's no wonder that both children and adults in our group got sick. Food and drinks are a complete fraud. For kids:There is no children's menu, apart from french fries and chicken nuggets. For adults: The food is often burnt or severely overcooked. Alcohol: "Ultra all-inclusive" here means blatantly watered-down drinks. You can drink hard liquors by the glass with absolutely no effect. A tip for anyone who has already booked this hotel: buy an alcohol meter to see for yourself how you're being deceived. They tried to cheat us from the moment we arrived. They put us in "better" rooms for the first night because ours were supposedly occupied, and demanded an extra €100 to €300 for them. Those who refused to pay couldn't move their luggage to their assigned rooms until the next afternoon. We have vacationed in Turkey many times before, but we have never encountered such a horror. Avoid this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children.

Went to this hotel for 2 weeks, the grounds its self are alright the top pool is the better one as the rest are very busy and Russian music blasting 12 hrs a day. The staff our house keeper was excellent couldn't of asked for anything better and Muhammad who done the overnight at the pool bar was outstanding honestly hes amazing and I honestly think he should be training the rest of the staff because his hospitality is truly out of this world. The food, a good choice but nothing changed from day to day nothing at all changed so anything over 4 days you will be looking to eat out. I will say the hotel is clean the cleaners at Marin work very hard and I cannot fault that. The drinks ha where do I start? The beer is so inconsistent its incredible like you would go to one bar it will be nice then the next it was awful and then the heavily watered down spirits there wasn't much choice at all and 2 cocktails that are just squash with a food colouring. Honestly this has to be the worst 2 weeks after 5 days I wanted to go home and im not fussy in any stretch and I would recommend staying elsewhere and staying away from eftalia hotels in general and if you have kids or travelling with a family don't bother them saying this is a all inclusive is a massive lie everything is paid for ice cream lollys cocktails everything is paid extra.

The hotel itself and location are lovely and clean. However even though we were on far end (quieter end) the music was thumping till 2 am every night. We waited whole year to have relaxing holiday but didn’t manage to have any quality sleep . Whilst there’s an Island with many slides to satisfy kids at hotel there are 2 pools main pool great if you want to go deaf and a relax pool where it’s anything but relaxing as no lifeguard half the time and some kids just run riot forcing people out of pool due to all the jumping( which is not allowed) and screaming food unfortunately although in abundance but quality was really not there.. such a shame as staff really friendly mostly but clearly can’t cope with sheer volume.
