I was very pleased with my experience. It's around 15 min away from the hotspot of el arenal which makes it a more quiet area.
The hotel itself is considered 4 star and I guess that's about right, with a minus point for the room. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the back of it was doing sounds which was really annoying in the night.
The breakfast was ok alright considering the price. You get fresh coffee and eggs. 95% of the breakfast buffet stays the same everyday but again I think it was alright.
The room service and personell we're very friendly and I liked that a lot.
The hotel has a gym + table tennis which I used a lot. It's a classic one with not too many machines but it suits the cause.
All in all I would most likely book it again because the price/value was really good.

Restaurant worker/manager with the name Kurt, made our stay even better. He has an amazing personality and he’s always so kind and talkative. When my girlfriend was sick, he even walked me through the breakfast areas food to help me pick out food to give her back to our room. Kurt gets 5++ stars from us!

A very well located hotel, near the sand beach, however not in the middle of the party noise ( = immediate beach front).
Breakfast is a wide choice and extensive selection. A quite big pool. Snack bar next to pool.

The place is very good for its price, relatively cheap and you are approximately 5 minutes from the beach away. You only have 15 minutes to go to locations like the mega park, but it’s in a quiet neighbourhood with almost no trash layin around. You got a clean indoor and outdoor pool a sauna a bar food truck, good food also at the restraunt with the breakfast and buffet. The room is very clean, has a good amount of space and the view from the balcony is perfect. Stiftung Warentest sagt sehr gut 🤙

I was robbed at this hotel. I stayed for over 20 days — more than enough time for the housekeepers to see everything I had brought with me during my move to Palma. My jewelry disappeared, along with sunglasses, my iPad pen, and even a blue dress. The director shamelessly pretended he didn’t understand and claimed to know nothing. Apparently, the main business of this hotel isn’t providing accommodation, but rather stealing guests’ belongings.
I filed a police report, and I strongly recommend that if you’ve ever stayed here and experienced something similar but didn’t go to the police — don’t let it slide. The more reports we have, the greater the chance we have for the police to arrest those responsible.
If you don’t want to see your belongings desapear, keep your belongings with you at all times or simply avoid staying here
I was in the process of moving to another country, so I had more than five suitcases with me — basically my entire life packed inside. Since I was also assembling furniture and settling in, I didn’t manage to open all the bags during the first month. That’s why it took me a while to accept that certain items were really missing. The idea that I might have been robbed seemed so absurd that I didn’t want to believe it — until one day I saw photos taken at the hotel, where some of the missing items clearly appeared in the room just three days before I moved into my apartment. That’s when I realized the items had gone missing at the hotel.
When I went back to the hotel in person, the way people acted — including the director — made it obvious that everyone there knew what had happened. I suffered a loss of more than €8,000, and on top of that, the hotel had the nerve to threaten me. It’s insane!
