I had an excellent stay at the Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel in Hurghada as a solo traveller, on the recommendation of @Suzannatravelsolo on tiktok From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which immediately made me feel comfortable and well looked after. One of the things that really stood out was the personal service. By the second day, the staff already remembered my favourite drink and it was ready almost as soon as I sat down. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel very well looked after. I would also like to give a special mention to the hostess in the main restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was exceptional — always welcoming, professional, and making sure guests were comfortable. Another standout member of staff was Osama Mores, who went above and beyond during my stay. His service was truly above exceptional and he is a real credit to the hotel. The front of house manager was also extremely accommodating and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were happy throughout their stay. I would also like to recognise the wider team — from security, pool staff, grounds staff, and the restaurant teams — everyone was super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. As a solo traveller, that friendliness really made a difference and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the service, facilities, and atmosphere made for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful service we experienced during our stay at your hotel. From the very beginning, we felt truly welcomed. The beautiful room prepared for us, along with the complimentary cake and fruit, was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. It immediately made us feel special and valued as guests. Although we had a stressful experience upon arriving in Hurghada due to an unfortunate situation with an Uber driver at the airport, your personnel truly saved us from a very difficult situation. After the driver unexpectedly cancelled the Uber booking and demanded a much higher cash payment, your staff stepped in and helped us resolve the issue. Thanks to them, we only paid the correct amount. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Aside from that incident, our stay was absolutely wonderful. Your hotel is very child-friendly, which meant so much to us as parents. Our daughter had an amazing time exploring the spacious and clean surroundings, enjoying the pools and the sea. There was such a great variety of food to choose from, and everything was well maintained and spotless. We would just like to mention one small concern: the tiles around the pool can become very slippery when wet, and unfortunately, my husband had a minor accident because of this. Thankfully, it was nothing serious, but we wanted to mention it for safety awareness. Overall, we had a truly great experience, and we are very thankful for the kindness and hospitality of your entire team. We would gladly recommend ALDAU Beach to other families and hope to visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The gardens are stunning and very well maintained, and the whole place has a calm and elegant atmosphere. The service from the staff is excellent – everyone is very friendly, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Osama and his colleagues for making us feel welcome from the first minute. Everything is very clean, the food and drinks are good, and the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable. It is a quiet and relaxed hotel with a pleasant, high-quality ambience. This was our fifth stay here, and we will definitely come back again next year.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were kind and professional, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything was very clean and well taken care of. I loved the greenery and the beautiful scenery and views. I would like to note that the main restaurant was good, while unfortunately the other restaurants I tried did not meet the same standard. A heartfelt thank you to Mahmoud Al Shabrawy from the main restaurant. His kindness, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude truly made the experience better.

Wonderful hotel and fantastic for visiting with small children. The rooms are of a high standard and the pool and garden area is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and good service, especially the Pool Bar. Our daughter (1.5 years) loved the childrens pool, playground and beach. We will come back.
