We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay.
Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink.
We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally.
Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay.

We have stayed at the Secrets Lanzarote resort for many years but this visit was probably our best experience yet. The hotel's motto of 'welcome home' really feels genuine and the all the teams be they Reception, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Restaurant or even the garden maintenance teams all are friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make every interaction memorable.
We had a cooler week, but we were lucky to be upgraded to a terrific room with a wonderful sun terrace to make the most of the weather, a touch that we greatly appreciated. When we got to our room, there was a welcome back gift from the guest experience team to get the holiday started in the perfect way.
Thanks to all the team at Secrets for making this trip so special.

A fantastic experience all round. We spent 6 nights here for Christmas and it was excellent.
The hotel is lovely, being upgraded to a Preferred Club ocean view room was a big plus. The room itself was large, well appointed and has a massive bed. Having the sea view was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
The resort has a huge range of restaurants, we had the buffet on the first night which was fine and the breakfast buffet is really good (pancakes, fruit, continental breakfast, fried breakfasts and way more) but the real standouts were Oceana on Christmas Day followed by the sushi bar the following night. Amazing food, the sushi was a real highlight.
We used the spa which was a great experience on our last day and my other half used the gym 4 times and enjoyed the range of equipment available.
Staff were great, friendly and helpful any time we needed anything.
Finally, the location... A short walk to Puerto Calero which has some nice places to eat without being too hectic and a longer but manageable walk (or short bus/taxi ride) to Puerto del Carmen if you want to dip into somewhere a bit livelier with a different kind of vibe.
Overall, this was an unforgettable stay and I look forward to coming back.

A very nice hotel with loads of space and some good / great facilities. It is an adults only resort and so quite quiet and peaceful in all areas. The spa is first class and treatments are reasonable. We took a one week pass to use the spa facilities too which was good value and useful in the one or two windy days we had. We had “Preferred” status which gives you access to a small private area towards the sea at the front of the hotel and discounts if you eat in the restaurants. The world cafe is the buffet restaurant and main breakfast area. It is very good but like most facilities like this can be very busy at peak times. All the other restaurants are very good and the food offering is varied across these from steaks on table top bbq’s to a fish restaurant and also an Italian themed restaurant. All in all a lovely hotel with very good (and very cheerful) staff. The hotel shows signs here and there of needing some TLC but nothing that would stop us rebooking.

Amazing resort, beautifully kept! The grounds are amazing. Fun activities like paddel, tennis and ping pong. The pool was lovely and clean and deep. The room was lovely. I cant fault the customer service at all..they were so great at making us feel welcome and they let us make use of the facilities whilst we waited for our flight. We didnt do all inclusive but the breakfast was very good. There is a lovely town nearby where we went for dinner. Would highly recommend this place for a couples holiday
