I stayed at the hotel for five days and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and easy to get around from. The staff were all polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to mention Wissal at reception, who was exceptional. She was always welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, which really made a difference. While the hotel could do with some updating, it certainly didn’t spoil my stay. The warm service and great location made it an enjoyable visit overall

The Royal Mirage Hotel is truly beautiful and offers amazing views from both sides — one side faces the stunning sea, and the other has a lovely pool area with comfortable seating. On arrival, they even welcome you with a refreshing drink, which was a nice gesture.
However… the stay itself was quite disappointing. Although the room looked nice at first, the maintenance and service were very poor. The lights didn’t work properly, there were frequent power issues, and the bathroom had several problems — the flush wasn’t working, the door didn’t have a lock, and there was no exhaust fan, which made the room and washroom smelly after use.
They have a phone installed in the room, but either it doesn’t work or no one answers your call. The only good thing I can truly appreciate is the beautiful sea view from the balcony and the decent breakfast options (both veg and non-veg).
Overall, the hotel looks great from the outside, but the poor room service and maintenance really spoil the experience.

TERRIBLE! If you are thinking of booking, my suggestion is to stay away. Read the reviews and believe them cause it's just as terrible as previous guests describe it. My partner and I went on a four nights stay at this hotel for our anniversary and my birthday, we made a mistake in booking this hotel. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting from the ripped sheets to the urine smelling bathroom, the receptionist was kind to change our room free of charge which was appreciated. The second room has better standards, as it appeared to be an executive room, however do not expect any coffee, tea, water or anything like that in the room (nor for any special occasions to be celebrated which is common for other all inclusive hotels we stayed in before). I did however find bugs crawling in the closet. The all inclusive is NOT WORTH IT, breakfast is ok. Lunch and dinner were for the lack of a better word APPALLING, no more than 4 choices of food and forget about your allergies meaning anything cause the food has no allergen information or name on any of the foods you are eating. We ended up eating out every lunch and dinner for the entire duration of our stay, no snacks available at any time. There was only one bar available to grab drinks which most times was left unmanned, pool bar is there but closed. I can confidently state that I would NEVER return to this hotel and hope that this review helps others in making the right decision to stay away from booking.

The hotel is in very good location, the view from the room on top 6th floor in the balcony was amazing, Birds who lands every morning just made it beautiful, the bed was good, we had an issue of air-con in the first room but we changed it to a better one facing the mountain and the sea, the only thing i didn’t like is that there were no wifi in the room, but the size of the room was great, we ordered for an electric boiler and fridge and they were helpful.
The breakfast wasn’t that good, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

i don't recommend it at all, the rooms are old, everything is dirty, food is really really bad and there's very few options, no fun activities, broken elevator and the stairs are dirty and old, literally the worst hotel I've ever been to, it's my first night and i already wanna leave, the only good things are the view and the nice staff. overall don't spend your money on this hotel, there's many other better hotels around.
