I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy.
The staff was super friendly and helpful especially the Animation by Mohamed was very fun. He was always there to help and constantly checking if anything was needed.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would happily stay here again. We can definitely recommend the Lanzaplaya.

Had a very good stay at this hotel!
The food was excellent, one of the best things about this hotel!
The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable.
The pool was pretty chill and nice to swim in. Also: the staff were friendly.
There were a lot of elderly people, but also some children. The beach was also really close to the hotel which was very convenient and there were also lots of cute shops nearby.
The only bad things are that the sunbeds were occupied pretty early & also the ride from the hotel to the water park was at inconvenient times (we had to take the bus back at 3 pm which was annoying since that’s in the middle of the day, it would be better to plan it at 4/5).
The waterpark was also not really all-inclusive: you could only grab food at certain times which was annoying since it’s all inclusive so food should be available at all times during the day.
PS. The restaurant at the hotel that serves tapas and is not included in the all inclusive is bad and not worth it. The food is expensive but it’s low quality.

Stayed in Lanzaplaya recently and delighted at how good it was. The place is kept really clean, the rooms are a great size, and the beds are actually comfortable — which you don’t always get in holiday apartments. The location is unreal too, just a short stroll to the strip and the beach, so you’ve everything you need right beside you.
The staff are friendly and always up for a chat, and the pool area is spotless with plenty of space to relax. It’s a solid spot for couples, and it has that easy, relaxed vibe you want on holiday.
Overall, really enjoyed my stay in Lanzaplaya. I’d happily go back.

I had a nice time in lanzorate staying in relaxixa lanzaplaya hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on a slight hill so when you come to the hotel you need go up stairs or use lift to get to pool side and for your apartment, you might have to go up more stair unless booked a pool side apartment.
The area was nice as it just a 5 min walk down to puerto del carmen beach. It a small hotel with 2 small pools. Also you very close to the bus stop in town to get to arrecife and other place too.
The was some down side to the hotel it not best for disabled people or visually impaired as at night the lights was not very bright and it only small lift up to pool side and you are not allowed to bring mobility scooter up there.
We went all including for our holiday but I wish we only gone bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and loved having the breakfast everyday. The lunch and dinner it was same food and repeated like Paella, chicken , pizza and pasta and I don’t think they really cater for English food there.
Also the power keep going off in the restaurant for about 5 mins most nights and on Wednesday we had a power cut in apartment and in hotel for about 30 mins.
A part from that small little problem it was a great holiday.

Second time we have stayed here. Danielle on reception was fantastic and was super helpful (please let her know how hard she works). We requested to stay in our original room 7214 and was pleasantly surprised when they was able to let us have it. Food is nice with plenty of choice, they try and give you theme nights for the main evening meals. The Pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds however often had towels reserving beds but you get that everywhere, the condition of the sunbeds are good and well maintained infact overall the complex is lovely and clean with friendly staff, I've just booked to return again! This time with my elderly parents who I think will love it. See you again next year!
