The best part of this resort is its location – it’s very close to the beach, with a market nearby for anything you need. The food is good, drinks are always available, and most of the staff are really nice and greet you with a smile. Even though some staff don’t speak much English, they always find a way to help you, which we really appreciated.
However, the rooms are just okay, and the furniture and equipment feel very old – probably over 20 years. WiFi is free only in the lobby, and if you want to use it in your room you need to pay extra, which was disappointing.
One of the worst parts of our stay was our very first morning. We arrived around 2 AM, and later went to the restaurant for some tea. The spa manager approached us asking if we wanted a spa. When we politely said maybe later, he shockingly replied, “Oh, you Indians never gonna spend money, isn’t it?” This was the very first staff interaction we had in the morning, and it left us upset. Because of that, we ended up going to a different spa.
Overall, the hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but the outdated rooms, limited WiFi, and that unpleasant experience with the spa manager really brought down our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in September to celebrate our little ones birthday. We found a delicious cake from the nearby cafe.It is hard to find the decorative materials for special occasions so better to carry some.Beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and 5 mts walk to the town.Baby item like diaper and wet wipes are available in the market.Rooms and furniture were pretty old however they were clean.Daily housekeeping available. There is a small kids play area inside the facility.Food in the restaurant is delicious and we found something interesting everyday.Staff in the restaurant are friendly and welcoming.
Free WiFi is only available in the hotel reception and you need to pay extra if you need WiFi facilities in the room.Safe locker needs extra payment as well.
Check in time is 14 hrs and check out time is 12n .If your pickup is hours after your checkout they will allow you to use hotel facilities like restaurant, pool bar until your pickup time and you can keep the luggage in the luggage room.

The rooms are very poorly equipped.
In the superior room, the furniture looked like it had been cobbled together as if it came from a junkyard.
The room is large but half-empty, with unused space.
On the terrace, there was a chimney releasing smells from the kitchen, and it was very noisy.
When we asked to be moved to another room, the staff were neither polite nor willing to offer us one in the same price range as the superior room we had paid for.
First, they offered a standard basement room, which was worse, so we refused.
The next day, they offered another small standard room at the far end of the hotel, which we eventually accepted.

Our first trip to turkey and to Oludeniz, but certainly won’t be our last!
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, the staff were friendly and make you feel very welcome!
The entertainment at the hotel throughout the day is fantastic with something for everyone! The entertainment crew with DJ Tony, Miss Mary and Robin, keeps you enjoying the trip throughout! With something different on each night it’s a fantastic hotel!
A two minute walk from the beach and five minute walk from the main town, what a place and what a country!
Can’t wait to come back!

The 1st room they put me and my son in was absolutely disgraceful it was FILTHY and I mean really filthy (got pics & videos to prove it) omg if I can upload them I will do so I got a room change 🙄 ok the room was a better choice but the (HA) cleaning was a joke I actually watched the cleaners go to the outside taps and wash the mops under it. The mirror in the bathroom HADNT BEEN CLEANED in 11 days of us being there (how I know this was when my son had written in the steam then it came back up every day afterwards plus you just know when it hasn't been cleaned) the shower hadn't been cleaned - still hair and shampoo/shower gel on the floor so I started cleaning my own bathroom. They obviously changed the bedding and towels. The hotel and location was so beautiful tho and the food was really nice with loads of different dishes and choices and the adult pool was a brilliant idea so we didn't have the kids running around by the pool all day being loud 😀 if we didn't want that which isn't a problem but just sometimes it's nice for some peace but talking of the pool area it was really slippy and there was no signs telling ppl to be careful or even doing anything about it (non slip tiles maybe?) I ended up slipping at least 5 times then one day I actually slipped and fell scraping all my legs which were bleeding. Hotel only helped me as one of the people in my group went to ask for help - the "lifeguard" who was sitting watching didn't volunteer any help until.... the holiday really was a beautiful place and we really did have a lovely time but it was spoilt by all that ⬆️ the spa manager asked me on our 1st day if I wanted a spa pack but when I said no he became very insistent to the point that only booked it to get him off my back (I was going to cancel or just not turn up) and OMG he hunted me down about 15 minutes after the actual appointment to ask why i hadnt gone 😳 i told him i didnt really want it in the 1st place and if i was honest he was too pushy (i was laying by the pool at this point in my bikini) and he stood there for at least a minute just leering in my opinion until i had to tell him to go (seriously) even my 14yr old son said he was a bit strange. The evening entertainment was A JOKE every night it was the same cd of kids songs with the entertainer dancing and doing the actions to the words of the songs and that went on for abt 2 hours every night 🙄🥱Anyway the beach was right outside the hotel and there was shops and a market open every day/night abt 3 minutes walk away. It a place I would most definitely go back to even for the activities - we went paragliding 🪂 off the mountain ⛰️, not from the back of the boat 🚤 which was a fantastic experience plus other activities (quad biking & 12 Island hop on a boat trip) I feel really mean pointing out the negatives but I've gotta keep it real . Aside from what I've said the place was unreal and I've got to mention samat - omg he looked after us royally and got us our regular table to getting our drinks and was just a lovely lovely lad, it was quite sad saying bye to him as he'd looked after me and my son at meal times and when he was on the bar and there was a couple of other waiter's who were so lovely too they were only young lads but had really nice genuine manners which really counts for a lot and like I said I'd most definately love to go back despite the negative stuff 🤷🙏❤️
