Our holiday at Mitsis Galini was wonderful! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable with fantastic views. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help. The food was delicious and with a great variety. We had an amazing experience and we will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay! Stuff very friendly and helpful. All places accessible for wheelchair. Spa is heavenly!! The lower price rooms are good and clean but need some attention to details (noisy AC, loose parts in the bathroom) without making the stay unpleasant.

Absolutely lovely hotel. We went at end of October, just before the end of the season. Hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious, top quality. We had two double rooms facing the pool and sea, with a balcony. Very clean and tidy and with everything you could need (safe, toiletries, hair dryer, towels etc). The outdoor pool is very well kept and large, hardly anyone in it at all. There is a smaller thermal pool outdoors and one indoors too, with a spa. Had a wonderful blow dry and style for only €30 as well. Food was amazing, lots of options even for me as a vegetarian. Only comment is to read the signs carefully, everything is listed in English. Amazing price for all inclusive, drinks menu very extensive, including cocktails, not just beer and wine. The staff were absolutely brilliant, a massive shout out to Giorgos the waiter, he made our evenings so special and was super helpful and welcoming. The town is very close nearby, makes for a great walk along the coast. Didn't use the beach but it is more pebbley than sandy. Food options and offering were so more extensive than we expected. All meals had options of bread, salads, fruits/veg, cheese and meats, pizza, italian pasta, meat dishes, chips, fish, chicken, vegetable dishes, rice, soups, crepes, ice creams, and a large range of desserts, as well as greek specialities. All food was really high quality as well, and could go up as many times as you wanted. Waiters were always very attentive, always filling up waters and clearing plates.

We came from Athens to visit spa. We called several times to know the information about the price and facilities. After we came they told us that hamam + extra 20 euro per person. 20 sauna + 20 pools. The employees several times gave different information. The facilities are extremely in bad condition. If we knew we would not go. Everything old, not renovated, rusted and damaged. I attached pictures. They show the picture. :((((( bad bad and bad. In the showers there is nothing to put the stuff, i put on the floor. Saunas ceiling on our heads. Wood is broken, glasses and doors are dirty. If you want to pay for bad experience - this is your place.

Probably the best hotel I stayed in considering Greece. Although I spend my summer holidays with my family in Greece for the past 20 years this is so far the best hotel experience. I must admit that I don't know which staff member was more polite. Food is out of this world. All recommendations from my side for future guests, it was a pleasure staying here.
