Fantastic resort. We spent 8 days at the Mythos Palace Resort in Corfu and had a wonderful time. Our room with it's own plunge pool was spacious and beautiful. Our room was set in a quiet position near the main hotel building and the beach, a perfect location. The food in all the restaurants was very good quality with lots of choice. Also there were plenty of cocktails, beers and spirits to choose from. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The private beach is just 2 mins walk away. I recommend you hire one of the nearby motorboats for the day and cruise along the coast. The entertainment was good. A lovely place for adults to relax in comfort. We were made to feel so welcome here. Highly recommended.

Just home from a week at the Mythos, my overall opinion is it's ok but I won't be returning.
Rooms, pool area etc were all fine, but were not what I would call a higher end hotel. I think it is probably too big for what it wants to be.
Food and drink wise it is what it is from a cattle market all inclusive, it wasn't above or below what I expected. There was a good choice of food at each meal. We tended to lunch at the pool/beach bar which is table/menu service so felt a little bit more personal.
As reported the beach is a little rocky under foot but well worth the discomfort if u forget your swim shoes, as it is warm with great visibility.
Staff - they all work very hard, but seem to be understaffed which does cause delays and forgetfulness.
Tips-
Partial sea view room get the evening sun. Sea views get the morning sun. So take your pick.
Pools - Beach pool was quieter than others.
Sea shoes and snorkel a must.
Lunch at the beach bar
Dinner on the outside terrace at the main restaurant, it is quieter and less canteen like.
Cocktails - try them all 🤪

was extremely disappointed. The staff were incredibly rude to me and my partner throughout our stay — I honestly didn’t have one positive encounter. It really felt like we were treated differently because we’re younger, as the older guests were treated much better.
We were met with eye rolls, sighs, and unhelpful attitudes whenever we asked a question. No one properly explained the all-inclusive facilities, and we even received comments and digs that made us feel uncomfortable the entire time.
Our bathroom had a leak every time the water ran, and when we asked the front desk how to get to Corfu Town, we were told the only option was a taxi — which cost us €60 there and back. Later, another guest told us there’s actually a bus the hotel arranges for €15. When I asked why we weren’t told about it, I was told “you didn’t ask.”
This place is advertised as a 5-star resort, but it’s absolutely not. The service and facilities don’t reflect that at all, and the attitude of the staff completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday.
After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who’s had this experience — the comments about rude management and poor customer service are 100% true. I feel like I’ve been misled and catfished by false advertising. I would never return and honestly don’t think I’ll be booking Again

We stayed at Mythos Palace Resort Adults Only and our experience was absolutely excellent! We came from London looking for relaxation, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning, right by the sea, with breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well designed, perfect for rest and comfort.
The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food: a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors that catered to every taste. Every meal felt like an experience. The cocktails at the bar, especially while watching the sunset, were simply magical.
Overall, it was a wonderful mix of relaxation and luxury that left us with the best memories. We will definitely be coming back!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this so-called "five-star" hotel. First and foremost, the management was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful—not only towards guests but, most disturbingly, towards their own staff. I personally witnessed management speaking in an appalling manner to the employees, showing complete lack of respect and dignity. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, but it is absolutely disgraceful in a hotel that claims to offer luxury service.
It was also painfully obvious that the staff themselves were unhappy. The employees looked sad, demotivated, and had no desire to work—which is hardly surprising given the way management treated them. This created a very uncomfortable and depressing atmosphere for guests as well.
As for the facilities, this hotel is nowhere near the standards of a real five-star property. From the overall atmosphere to the quality of services, it was clear that this establishment does not live up to what it advertises. I felt misled by the five-star label, which in no way reflects the reality of the experience offered.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. There are plenty of other places where you can spend your money and actually receive the respect and quality that a five-star rating is supposed to guarantee. This was not just a disappointment—it was a complete failure of management, hospitality, and integrity.
