We had a wonderful time at Hotel JS Palma Stay!😊 The breakfast and dinner were very delicious with a lot of variety. We especially loved the dinners' daily changing country/culture-oriented food specials. We also valued the Spa, a save garage for our bikes and playing at the hotels' ping pong table. The service was friendly throughout our stay and we enjoyed some of the relaxed shows after dinner. The room had all we needed and we were not disturbed by any planes with closed windows:). Only point to bring up is that the water pressure in the shower was weak sometimes. The location was great to reachall you need.

Pros: Great staff and location, very near the airport and close to amenities, room was small but clean and perfect for a few days (double with balcony).
snack bar was great and restaurant was always busy however didn't use myself as there was lots of nearby restaurant choices,
Cons: The main negative was the Spa swimming pool (indoors), there was significant algae growth in the pool pointing to a maintenance and cleanliness issue, a little off putting and surprising considering the rest of the grounds and outdoor pool areas were immaculate.
Showers go from cold to scolding hot so you need to be very careful or you will get burnt.
If your room is next to an elevator you'll hear it all day, some people may find this annoying, not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.
I'd give this a realistic 3.5 stars out of 5, not bad enough to be 3 star but not good enough to be 4 star but no option on Google for a half star.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Amazing spa with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and indoor/outdoor swimming pools.
Excellent food for breakfast and evening meal on a buffet basis. Especially good vegetarian and vegan options.
Five minutes walk to the beach and bars.
Thoroughly recommend.

This hotel has good entertainment after dinner in the lounge -bar area.Good service, friendly restaurant staff, and our room cleaner is a sweetheart. She's on the first floor above the spa, gym, and swimming area. Her name is Liliana. She's a wonderful person. Also at the reception hall for checking in or out they are all great. Very helpful and patient.Only 1 day before departure we discovered the jacuzzi LOL above the main entrance with a beautiful view of the sea.A minor drawback was the breakfast mini 🥐 with powdered sugar. And the same baguettes every day; more variety would have been nice. I quickly got tired of it. Maybe I missed my 7-grain breakfast oat milk with blueberries, raspberries, and banana?
No fresh coffee or fresh juice; everything came from the vending machine, but from 10:00 a.m., I could drink ground coffee with frothed oat milk at the bar. I could also get oat milk with breakfast in the restaurant, which was great. The rest was great.ner the beach boulevard souvenirshop, bars food etc.

We spent four nights here in october. It was our first time to Mallorca I generally prefer Spain in the off season but it was quiet busy here but not over crowded . Upon arrival there was queqe for check in but we only had to wait about 10 mins . Our room wasn't ready until 2 so we sat outside and had a beer as the weather was beautiful. Alot of people complained about the airplane noise in recent reviews I quite liked watching them fly by and you could not here anything at all in the room our room was small but the bed was huge and so comfortable so that made up for it . The following day was raining so we made full use of the indoor pool Jacuzzi it was very relaxing you had to pay a refundable deposit of €10 pp for a towel and €1 there on if you needed a clean one which we didn't mind. There is lockers and changing rooms and a shower. Our room had a lovely view of the sea in the distance it was beautiful to wake up too. Our room was cleaned by Isabella every day with clean towels thank you. The food there is a great selection of hot and cold for breakfast omelettes fresh made and toasties . We went half board as we don't like the stress of finding somewhere to eat . Evening time food was served from 6.30pm and even though it was off season it was busy the queue at the cooked meat station where the chef cooks it was quite long so I just stuck to salads and more of the vegetarian options which did not bother me . The hotel staff were very nice and it was super clean could not fault it. There is lots to do around the local area even the beautiful scenic walk to palma city which is at the back of hotel highly recommend even if you don't walk the whole it's stunning. The promanade is equally as nice with lots of shops bars and restaurants it's about 3 miles long it's much the same the whole along . We really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca and would remember this adult's only hotel .
