Beautiful hotel, well located close by to the San Antonio center. It has a beach access.
Staff is polite and accommodating. Rooftop with the sunset was great.
Stayed in the loft sea view room, cozy and comfortable, we love the bathrobes they leave in this room.
Overall excellent experience.

We stayed here recently and while there were some positives, the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations given the high nightly rates.
Negatives:
⛔️ The hotel was fully booked, and the capacity of sunbeds around the pools was far from sufficient.
⛔️ “Better” sunbeds are available only for an extra charge, which feels unreasonable considering the already high room rates.
⛔️ Breakfast buffet is €25 per person, but the quality and variety were not up to that price.
⛔️ Pool staff were not attentive enough, and it’s not allowed to bring your own drinks to the pool – again, surprising for such a high-end price point.
⛔️The evening buffet is no longer available, and the on-site restaurants are expensive with a rather limited food selection.
⛔️ Check-in was delayed, and the “direct sea view” we booked was not quite what we had imagined.
Positives:
✅ Lovely rooftop with a beautiful view. However, the infinity pool is small and there are not enough loungers when the hotel is busy.
✅ Clean towels, good housekeeping, and general service in terms of cleaning and maintenance.
✅ Direct access to the beach, although the beach itself is quite small.
Overall, this hotel has some great features and an excellent location, but the management needs to address capacity issues, pricing policy, and service consistency to match the premium rates they charge.

My wife and I had lovely stay here, we find the hotel such a good relaxing place with real good modern vibe. Our second stay here and not disappointed. We were well looked after from checking in from Paula , who sorted a welcome bottle of Cava and strawberries for our anniversary. The breakfast choice was fantastic and plentyful . Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The staff were pleasant, which made a big difference. The room was modern, clean, and tidy – exactly what you want after a long day out.
Breakfast was great too, with loads of variety to choose from. There was something for everyone.
The only small downside was the air con – it worked fine for me, but my partner found it a bit warm at times and wished it was cooler.
Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

Disappointing Experience – Far Below Meliá Standards
We were very disappointed by our stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza, especially considering our previous positive experiences with Meliá hotels.
Arrival & Check-In
Our disappointment began upon arrival. The first contact at reception was already problematic due to the staff member’s very limited English skills. Communication was frustrating and ineffective. We were assigned a room where the noise from a malfunctioning air conditioning unit (or a similar system) made it absolutely impossible to sleep.
We immediately reported the issue and were promised that someone would be sent to help. We waited in the room for over three hours—unpacked and ready to go out for dinner with friends—only to receive a phone call saying, “If it’s really that bad, you can just change rooms,” with no assistance offered whatsoever. We were left to figure it out on our own.
Housekeeping & Room Service
The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels were provided. Only after persistent requests did we finally receive some towels.
There was no complimentary drinking water in the room, which we find to be a basic minimum standard. A QR code was provided for food and drink orders, which we tried to use, but nothing happened. When we called reception to ask how it worked, we were laughed at and told that there is no room service.
Pool & Breakfast
Poolside service was also a letdown. We asked for sunbeds but were told there were none available. After searching ourselves, we found two dirty, waterlogged loungers—again, with no help or initiative from staff.
Breakfast on the first day was chaotic. There was no guidance or assistance from the staff, and getting a table felt more like a fight than a relaxing start to the day. We gave up after that and didn’t return for breakfast again.

To be fair, a few individuals at the reception desk were very kind and tried their best. Unfortunately, they were the exception rather than the rule.

We expected a far better experience from a Meliá property. While the location might be attractive, the service, communication, and overall hospitality were sorely lacking. We would not return to this hotel.
