Stayed in October 2025 We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Happy that they let us check in early however the lift didn't work for the time we was there. Food was OK for someone that eats everything, however mostly repetitive. As a vegetarian, was annoying to see other guests AND staff mixing utensils; for example using the same utensil for the meat pizza on the vegetarian pizza. Picking up chips with the chicken utensils (member of staff). I'm sure there was other things that I didn't see, which really unsettled me. We tried the Italian a la carte which was pretty basic all round, including service. Its safe to say I didn't eat much. Rooms are just about OK. Very basic. Bed sheets had holes and rips in. Pool area could be better. Lots of broken tiles around pool. Splash park is well used but needs updating. Water is murky. The stagnant water in the slides also needs addressing. It also often smelt of egg. There was lots of green, what seemed like mould around, which also needs addressing. Entertainment team are good. They bring lots of energy and get everyone involved. My nearly 2 year old loved the mini disco. Location is good. 10 mins walk to beach which we enjoyed. Would go every morning after breakfast and come back to hotel for lunch. I won't be returning to this hotel

Great hotel! Stayed in here for 10-11 days and it's been fine. Staff are great and they are kind. If you need something (thats reasonable) like phoning a taxi, they'll do it. They have a pool, sunbeds and even entertainment open. The entertainment starts at 9:30pm and the pool can be used up until 8pm. The entertainment can vary every week. Some performances I saw included the greatest showman, a fire show, a Chinese show and an African show. They have a fire extinguisher, drying line and a table and chairs outside on the patio. In the living room, there is a couch that can turn into a sofa bed, a tv, some more tables and storage cabinets, a built in wardrobe and a mini fridge. In the other room, there is another couch that can turn into a sofa bed, a built in wardrobe, a bathroom and 2 bedside tables. In the main bedroom, there is a bathroom with stuff you'd expect in there, a bed, a tv, another table, a built in wardrobe and 2 more bedside tables. There were a few bugs I found like flies (some can bite but it doesn't do much), a MASSIVE cockroach and some lizards. They even have cleaners who come round every day. Overall, amazing hoteld definitely suited me for the time I was here.

The hotel was perfect for us! The rooms were clean and spacious and the little terrace we had was lovely. The pool and sun loungers were great and easy to get to each day! The food choice was plentiful and very good for a buffet! Some things they cooked could be better but there was always something we loved and the dinner was always amazing. But what really made our holiday was the animation team, they were FANTASTIC. Every single one of them. They were so energetic, so happy, and made everyone feel welcome - we really loved them! They got us doing so many fun activities, meeting new people and making everyone have a laugh! It was the perfect holiday.

Our first in Lanzarote and Playa Blanca. The little bungalow type accommodation set in beautiful grounds, very comfortable and spacious. The restaurants had a good choice and even though can be same at breakfast, there is always something different to choose. All staff are amazing and a big shout out to the entertainment team, even though it was just me and the mrs, we still took part in some of the things they set up in the morning. Evening entertainment is plenty for all, or a quiet drink if you choose. Pool areas are fantastic. Totally different from staying in normal hotels that are all in one. Hope to return, thanks to all they made our stay so enjoyable.

A very pleasant stay at a clean, tidy hotel. The food was a good choice for an all-inclusive and very tasty. Our room was tidy, but the mattresses could be a bit better. The pool area was very nice, and the entertainment team was fantastic, with lots of daily activities, a mini disco every night, and amazing themed shows. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to a couple of minor issues. There weren't enough sun umbrellas, and a leaking AC unit was reported but never fixed. AC in dining area should be more efficient. Overall, we had a very pleasant family holiday 👍
