We’re just sitting outside for the final evening of our holiday. We’ve had a fabulous time - our first holiday without children for over 18 years!
This evening we had dinner in Costa Fusión and it was spectacular. The calamari and octopus being some of the best we’ve tasted. Thank you to the gorgeous Toni for making our evening special!
The hotel is spotlessly clean and on the whole, staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The food in the buffet restaurant is edible, but could certainly be improved. Much gets dried out by the heat lamps, and there have this week been a few flies in and around the salad/cold meats and cheeses areas.
The rooms are a brilliant size and the air conditioning very welcome, even in February.
We will be sad to leave tomorrow, but will definitely look to return next year.
Thank you to all! x

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional.
Housekeeping and the servicing of our room was faultless.
The pool area and bars were very relaxing and kept spotlessly clean at all times.
Sobre Todo a big shout out to Celia in reception who made us feel at home and helped us relax. Nothing was too much trouble and often she anticipated what we needed before we had to ask.
Gracias a todos

We've spent a week at the H10 Costa Mogan, the hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Our room was above the lounge and entertainment area but there was not an excessive amount of noise. The one man Animation Team, Michael was always enthusiastic and happy. The buffet meals were very good and varied, always something that we enjoyed. We had our one allotted meal in Costa Fusion and it was superb and Toni and Begona were perfect waiters who had huge smiles the whole time. The evening entertainment was the usual singing acts with the exception of one night when we thoroughly enjoyed a circus act.
Our only negative to our holiday is there isn't much to do around the hotel which is a shame as we would probably come back.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago before it was H10, and didn't think we would come back . However when we saw that it is now H10 and adults only we couldn't wait to return. Having stayed in Taurito religiously for more than 12 years we decided to have a break from Gran Canaria. Now after this stay at Costa Mogan, we are so looking forward to coming back next year - already booked!
Beautiful hotel great service and facilities , we are leaving feeling very chilled. All staff we came into contact with were pleasant and polite. Room was kept beautifully clean. Restaurant was good quality and also the Fusion restaurant was nice. Special mention to the 2 guys in the lounge bar at night singing and dancing whilst always serving great drinks.
We only have 2 points to mention - 1 the shower cubicle no matter what we did, leaked - extra floor towels needed.
2. The indoor seating in the lounge bar at night was not comfortable , had to borrow cushions from other seats - this needs looking at, as we weren't the only ones to pass comment. However, these issues did not detract from a great stay. Thankyou H10 Costa Mogan - see you next year .

My wife and I spent 10 days at H10 Costa Mogan in February in a Superior Junior Sea-view Suite. It was first rate. The weather was excellent and this inevitably colours a review.
The room was spacious and well equipped. I'm not a fan of the open-plan bathroom but it was OK. A jarring note was a small daily charge for coffee capsules and a bottle of water in the room even for All inclusive guests.
Service at all stages and levels was a highlight. Right from booking to check-out there wasn't a problem. The staff were friendly and professional.
We were All inclusive and there were no glaring exceptions.
Food was plentiful and varied. They struggled to keep so many choices warm but that's always a challenge.
Location is great. There's not a lot in Plays del Cura but it's a half hour walk to Amadores, an hour walk to Puerto Rico and there are buses to pretty much everywhere on Gran Canaria.
Evening entertainment was pretty good with "Stylefree ft.Ale Martin" being a highlight. He was a class above.
