This hotel is located good if you only need a child pool, beach, and small supermarkets. The sea view is nice enough and the 1 bedroom is adequately sized for a small family.
But you'll be hard pressed to enjoy that because the hotel has loud live music 6 days a week (travels easily up the stairs and outside) and is invaded by rude, obnoxious people.
They only wake up at 7 to throw their tasteless towels on the pool loungers, and from then till around 10, you can enjoy the pool - but the rest of they day, expect small kids to spit on you, big kids to use the entire pool as their rugby ground amongst families and couples (absolutely no shame in hitting us repeatedly), and just generally no space from inflatables and soaking people.
One of the life guards did try to stop it repeatedly, but the adults just didn't care! Unbelievable!
And the smoking! The hotel isn't smoke-free!!
Many guests smoke by the pool and on the balconies, so you have to be lucky to use your own balcony freely!
The balconies between rooms aren't separated that well (see pictures), so you see and hear your neighbours.
And if not them, the pool people are loud until the live music starts.
We had sewage in the sink cabinet and a faulty toilet, but the reception and cleaning staff was nice and quick about. Generally cleaning was good too.

Just returned from a few days here. Honest genuine feedback, location is beautiful. Sea view room is a must. Main reception staff were a little hostile, however the maids/and front of house bar staff worked endlessly & were extremely kind & very friendly, nothing was to much trouble. I have to say the food that was served not only to us but I seen other dishes too were exceptional. Hot , freshly cooked & delicious. The paying for sunbeds wasn’t an issue for us it deters people from holding them hostage all day with towels. The pool area was clean & tidy slightly cramped when busy but no issue. Hotel rooms slightly outdated, our shower door was broken but we worked round it. Clean towels every day. Overall a really lovely stay

The hotel was wonderful.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a fully equipped kitchen in our room.
The bathroom was large, and the bedding was straightened and refreshed every day. We also had a balcony with a breathtaking view. The room had good air conditioning, keeping it nice and cool.
The location of the hotel is excellent. When you exit the hotel on the sea side, you can go straight to the water — it’s just a few steps to the sea, and the beach is also nearby. On the street side, there’re restaurants, and shops.
As soon as you step out of the hotel, you can walk directly to the pool, and just beyond the pool, there's access to the sea. There are ladders for easy entry into the water, and it’s a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling. The water is clear, and there are beautiful fish to admire underwater.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with hotel restaurant. Expensive and small portions.
There’s a luggage storage room available, and you can also book a shower. There are paid lockers and a scale in the same area, which is very practical.
I’m very happy with my stay, and if I return to Mallorca, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

Not long returned from a family holiday, me, my wife our 2 boys and the in-laws. We split our group across two rooms.
The rooms were basic but did the job. Each room was 3 single beds all pushed together. There was a small table inside the room and one out of the balcony, both with 2 chairs. A small TV with a few channels that we didn’t use, an aircon unit which worked great, although when on it pumped hot air across the balcony which wasn’t pleasant.
‘Kitchen’ facilities were minimal, a kettle, toaster, a small 2 ring electric hob, small sink and a fridge.
The washroom was a good size but very poorly laid out, the shower tray wasn’t fully secure and when in use splashed water across the toilet and floor.
Oh and the view… a wall, I’d recommend booking a sea view if you’re bothered about looking out from the balcony.
As for the rest of the hotel, can’t complain, the staff were accommodating and polite, the drinks at the bar were well priced and the food was tasty.
The pool is a good size with a shallow area sectioned off for little ones. There’s a lifeguard on duty but if you like lazing in the sun, be prepared to pay for a lounger and there aren’t many to go round.
There’s access to the sea although no shallow area or beach, just concrete steps with a couple of small ladders.

Just home from 5 days in the Globalas Verdermar in Santa Ponsa Mallorca, beautiful part of the Island this hotel sits just beside the water looking over the beach book a sea view room we didn't! But will next time! The staff were lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was the best yet. Enjoy Santa Sonsa if you book!
