We had a fantastic holiday at Gennadi Grand resort. It truly is a 5 star resort. We hadn't been to Rhodes for quite some time and I did a lot of research before deciding on this beautiful resort. Yes,we knew it was quite a way from the airport but we had a private transfer included which took less than an hour. If you want to travel around it would be best to hire a car, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and there was the lovely little village of Gennadi about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Lindos was about 20 minutes or so in a taxi.
We stayed ultra all inclusive and the food was excellent quality as were the variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Our room was a Seaview suite as our adult daughter was with us. Plenty of room for 3. We opted not to have a private pool as we enjoyed going to the pool and also the beach.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I also have to mention the great staff that work here. Always pleasant and willing to help. Thank you to everyone for making this a great holiday for us.

From the moment we arrived at Gennadi Grand Resort, we were treated with the highest level of warmth and professionalism. The service truly stood out from the very first welcome – friendly staff greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel immediately at ease, and ensured our check-in was smooth and effortless.
Every member of the team went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the attention to detail was exceptional. From restaurant staff remembering our preferences, to the concierge providing thoughtful recommendations, to housekeeping keeping everything spotless – the level of care and consistency was remarkable.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with modern, elegant design, beautifully kept grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a true haven. The pools and beach are immaculate, the dining options are varied and delicious, and the overall ambience is pure relaxation.
What really makes Gennadi Grand Resort special, though, is the people. Their commitment to ensuring guests feel valued and cared for is unmatched. We left not only relaxed and refreshed, but also genuinely impressed by the outstanding hospitality.
Without a doubt, this was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return to this exceptional resort in Rhodes – highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable service!

In october 2025 we had another fantastic holiday at the Gennadi Grand Resort on Rhodes. There are many reasons for this. The complex is beautifully designed to be truly luxurious. The buildings have been placed in a way to maintain on a feeling of spaciousness throughout. Many of the rooms have private pools. There are also several smaller and larger pools with ample space for relaxing on sunbeds. The furniture, the communal areas, the chairs, and the sunbeds all breathe luxury and quality. There is an extensive use of sleek, wooden accents. This is also carried over to the rooms, which have a creative layout that also creates a sense of spaciousness. The food is of the highest quality. Whether you dine in the large buffet restaurant or one of the four more intimate restaurants, the quality is consistently high and the recipes refined. The selection is extensive, even for vegetarians and meat-free eaters. Everything is refined, and the pastries are exceptional. Everywhere you go, you feel like you're dining in a top-notch restaurant. The staff is very friendly and customer-focused. You can feel the entire atmosphere at the complex: the guest is the priority and the staff relationships are excellent. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire complex is excellent. The beach is part of the complex and is also well-equipped. You can order everything from your sunbed via an app. Excellent Yoga classes and other activities. In short, a little paradise, in all aspects five stars or more. Thanks to the entire staff in all departments. We generally don't mention names in reviews, but we make a small exception for Kira, Petra and Periklis who made lunch at respectively the TEN2ONE and BLE restaurants very special. And the F&B director Panagiotis did this for the whole stay.

We spent a wonderful week in September at the Gennadi Grand Resort with our three teenage daughters.
Benefits: large, well-maintained, quiet resort, good food, a small number of little children 😊, comfortable environment, pleasant and kind staff, ideal temperature and number of people for us in September
It is true that you have to wear water shoes on the beach, but the big plus is that it is quiet, there are comfortable sun loungers and a bar.
The best holiday by the sea so far! We have pleasant memories! Thank you!

Our stay at the hotel was amazing!
We had a room with a private pool – perfect for a refreshing dip in the morning, then some time at the main pool during the day, and later we relaxed at the beach until the evening. So nice that the beach is just a short walk from the hotel!
The food was delicious, the service excellent – big compliments to the staff!
The spa massage was super relaxing too.
The biggest highlight for us was the Astronomy Night with Stratos. You should check it!
