Fantastic hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and make sure your every need is met. The hotel is very family friendly and our toddler had a great time at the crèche. The restaurants cater to and are very careful with allergens, so my wife had some great gluten free and lactose free dishes. The hotel itself is a little out of the way, so if you enjoy a walk, it's great.

My favourite hotel in Cyprus!
It’s elegant, quite, the service is impeccable. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food. We tried Ristorante Bacco as well and all the dishes were very good. The hotel is a dream. The view from the terrace is simply stunning. Highly recommend it for great service, attentive staff and quality service

We had a perfect week at the Elysium. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. The location is ideal. Walkable to the old town and there is a lovely path along the coast to the harbour and the nearby archaeological sites. There is also a shuttle bus to these locations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The are plenty of facilities to enjoy, the pool and spa are calm and relaxing with plenty of space. There is a variety of restaurants with delicious food. The one thing that really stood out for us was the service. All of the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and always made time to talk to us. A special thank you to Marina who went out of her way to make our dining experiences at the hotel extra special. We very much hope to return to the Elysium soon!

Soon as you set foot in elysium you feel like you’re entering a different era…. In the good way. Amazing service. Staff always with a smile on their face. Atmosphere and vibe 10/10. There’s live piano music. Rooms are designed with vintage style and are very classy and cosy. Just overall had an amazing time, it is a place that makes you appreciate the island… really… this hotel is the gem of the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during January and early February this year. It is beautifully maintained and in a stunning location but as so many reviews highlight, it is the warmth and professionalism of all of the staff throughout the hotel that stands out. The bedrooms were very well presented but are rather small, particularly the balconies, and the bathrooms seem somewhat dated. But that is a small niggle, and in no way detracts from the experience. The restaurants in terms of both food and service, were exceptional (and in Cyprus there are many good places to eat). We were deeply impressed with the way the staff worked together, very much a team and many have been with the hotel for many years. There is good management here, not only in terms of the "visitor experience" but also of respecting and valuing staff and building a happy and cohesive working environment. Andreas, one of the restaurant managers, was a stand out example for me --- patient, diligent, kindly and professional both with visitors and with staff. He epitomised all that is excellent.
