It is one of the best hotels in İçmeler with an all-inclusive concept. The food is especially amazing. I would like to thank the chef, especially the sales manager Mrs Seçil and the waiter Mr Saygın for their attention. All the staff are friendly, everything is delicious and of high quality... We'll be coming back..

We arrived at the hotel around midnight and were immediately informed that our room was not ready due to maintenance issues. We were told to return to reception the following morning to sort it out. When we went down the next morning, no one seemed to know anything about the situation, and we had to explain everything all over again. It took nearly an hour to get a response from management — and only because a helpful receptionist kept chasing it up with upper management. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but it was a frustrating start to our stay.
The room itself appeared clean at first glance, but on closer inspection, it really needed a deep clean. There was visible mould and limescale in the bathroom, and sand on the balcony.
We had opted for the all-inclusive package, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack bar, and a 24-hour coffee shop. Unfortunately, the food was very poor quality and even made my partner unwell. What made up for this, though, was the excellent service from the servers — they truly went above and beyond.
One upsetting aspect of the stay was seeing how poorly the staff were treated by both management and some guests. There was no clear structure or discipline, and it was disheartening to learn that tips intended for the servers were handed over to management instead of being shared among the team.
I also booked a massage at the hotel spa and used the steam and sauna rooms, which were pleasant. However, I was uncomfortable during the massage as the therapist didn’t ask about pressure preferences, and there was very little privacy when undressing.
The staff at the 24-hour coffee shop were always polite and welcoming, and I enjoyed visiting for a drink day or night. However, the cakes were repetitive — the same ones served at lunch and dinner — and just average.
The snack bar offered drinks, ice cream, chips, pizza, and burgers, but they frequently ran out of items like chicken burgers, which was disappointing. While the food overall wasn’t great, again, the service stood out in a positive way.
As for Beyza, the guest relations representative, I would advise not to rely on the positive reviews. Out of all the staff we encountered, she was the most unhelpful. Prior to our arrival, she contacted us via WhatsApp asking for a gift. As a goodwill gesture, my partner agreed and arranged for a cake, some fruit, and balloons to be placed in the room for a birthday celebration. However, during our room issue in the morning, she completely ignored us and didn’t acknowledge us for the rest of the stay. As a result, we decided not to give her the gift and instead gave it to Suygin, one of the restaurant servers, who had been far more helpful and attentive throughout our visit.
In terms of the pool area, you definitely need to get up early to secure a lounger. It was also a bit confusing figuring out which pools we were allowed to use, as there were two and no clear signage or communication about the differences.
Has for the noise that was coming from left , right and centre outside the hotel and it would not stop till past midnight was an issue, I could not sleep most nights it was that loud.If you dont like loud music the hotel isn't for you.
Overall, the saving grace of this hotel was the service from the staff in the restaurant, reception, housekeeping, and the coffee shop. They truly made the best out of a less-than-ideal situation.

We just finished our weekly stay with group of friends, and all of us had a pleasant stay.
High variety of food, very nice staff and great drinks are definitely this hotel’s strengths.
Particulalry worth to mention are:
-fresh orange juice for breakfast
-Draught carlsberg and tuborg
-variety of desserts, vegetables and fruits available during every meal
-most of dishes were interesting and delicious
-ice coffee, chicken fingers and beef wrap in snack bar, all were really good
Most importantly you can really feel the staff is trying to make your stay better.
Although remember to bring earplugs, as the pubs nearby tend to play very loud music until around 1AM everyday!

Amazing hotel and staff, had an issue with the room at the beginning which got dealt with straight away by Beyza from guest relations which made the trip unforgettable and cant thank her enough.
The staff throughout the hotel were always polite and well-mannered and took care of our every need. Perfect hotel for a get away trip.

We had such a lovely stay at Elite World Marmaris and would happily come back again! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach – and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe.
The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Super friendly, really helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was great too – tasty and different every evening, which we really appreciated.
We treated ourselves to a couple of Turkish massages at the spa and spent time in the sauna and steam room – all really clean and relaxing. The steam room was very hot, but in a good way!
Our first room was a bit noisy at night due to some nearby bars, but when we mentioned it to reception they moved us to a quieter room with no fuss at all, which made a big difference. Probably wouldn’t bother younger guests, but it’s good to know the team are happy to help if needed.
Overall, we had a fantastic time. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-priced, comfortable holiday with great service. We’ll definitely be coming back.
P.S. We also did a brilliant boat trip through Antonio, who has a little kiosk down by the beach near the hotel. Really nice guy and the trip was amazing – definitely recommend checking him out!
