To be honest we were a little worried about coming to this hotel as we couldn’t go to our normal hotel (closed for renovation) and we did get a fantastic deal with Jet2. We check d in efficiently by a very happy young lady and given our room keys. We decided to pay for the Wi-Fi (30euro for two devices for two weeks, which was great as very good reception). Our room was 103 which is the closest to the reception area so we were a little concerned but shouldn’t have been. The hotel is not noisy at all. The room was much bigger than we expected and despite the colour of the bedding (grey) the beds were actually very comfortable and a quick request for extra pillows meant we had fantastic sleep. The lounge kitchen area is brilliant with a very large dodge and freezer and a microwave. Good size balcony with hanging rails for drying swimwear etc. the balcony overlooked the pool, but again no noise. There are two supermarkets near the hotel and a great cafe (cakes!!) next door.
The only downside for us was the distance from the Yumbo Centre about a 15-20 minute walk which was ok going but on way back at 4am………. About 6euros in a taxi! We would stay here again, especially if we got a bargain like this time!

What an amazing place to stay! Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were absolutely spotless and a good size. Comfortable beds and fabulous balcony’s overlooking the pool. Location is excellent, literally in the middle of everything no need to get many taxis. Mario is a very chatty friendly genuine person who helps book day trips (would highly recommend the buggy trip). Only one small downfall, hotel doesn’t provide hand soap or washing up liquid but that is very minor. We will 100% be back in the future !

Stayed for 9 nights in a premium sea view room, the hotel is lovely. Rooms and balcony was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, hairdryer was dated but was quite good. Kitchenette was adequate, and plates and utensils were provided. We didn't use the cooker or the coffee machine.
No washing up liquid was provided, no complimentary shower gels or soaps are provided. Towels changed on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We had the same tea towel to last the 9 nights. Sweeping brush and dustpan and brush are provided.
Plenty of sunbeds are available the pool is quite big and there's a small pool for children. There is a pool bar on site.
We booked a boat trip excursion through the hotel, Mario who booked us on is lovely, and it was about 10 euros cheaper than other places we looked at.
The cleaning staff were lovely, very helpful, and we're very courteous and approachable. A couple of the reception staff were very helpful, but others not. The day before we left we asked if we could keep the room on the last day, which costs 30 euros, as our transfer was picking us up at 6 pm, we were told no unfortunately. Luggage can be stored in a room at the back of reception.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
If you are unlucky enough not to keep your room and you want a shower before you leave, you are expected to have a cold shower out by the pool.

Infested with cockroaches!
I am currently staying here as I type this review. Location is this hotels only redeeming quality.
Rooms are poorly designed to trap heat in to try and make you spend €30 to borrow a fan for the week.
Most importantly since I arrived I have had to deal with cockroach infestations in my room, several everyday. I have complained to the reception many times however all they can say is "it's normal in this climate". When I have stayed in this area many times before and never had this issue. My windows and balcony doors have stayed closed too due to the amount of noise which comes from the tightly packed hotels nearby and mini golf course nearby. Now I myself am not too fussed with the odd one or two bugs but I have been having a minimum of 5 cockroaches a day in my apartment, but to top it off I was woken up this morning with one crawling on me whilst I slept.
I will definitely NOT be staying here again! Do not waste your money! Unless you want to pay to have your personal belongings fumigated before you depart home!

Will start with the negative points:
1. NO AIR CON - we stayed for a week, 36/7 degree heat. Luckily, we had brought hand held fans which were a life saver during the hot nights.
2. You had to pay for WiFi and the safe!!
3. Not the most comfiest of beds/pillows
Positives - perfect location to everything, the room was decent enough, had its on Kitchen area. Good views (in the rooms we stayed in) although I wouldn't pay extra for a pool view as wasnt worth it.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Such a shame for the negatives, my own fault for not checking the hotel myself, although the travel agent should have also made us aware!!
