Review Title: The Best Luxury Resort in Sharm El Sheikh!
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife, sister-in-law, and I just returned from an incredible stay at the Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Having stayed at numerous high-class resorts worldwide, all three of us agree: this is the best.
A few highlights from our stay:
Perfect Location: We stayed in rooms 3051 and 3052. They were excellent and offered easy, convenient access to both the restaurants and the pool area—which was vital for our party.
Exceptional Staff: Every single person we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there. From the friendly greeting at the Front Desk to the attentive Restaurant team, the hospitality was world-class.
Special Mentions: A huge thank you to Riad, our housekeeper, for his impeccable service. Even the gardeners went out of their way to wish us a good day with a smile.
Management: A special thanks to Alfred Mikhail (Assistant Front Office Manager) for his professionalism and for ensuring our room requests were prioritized.
The atmosphere here is one of genuine warmth and luxury. We are already planning our return for later this year!
Tip for travelers: If you have any mobility concerns, the ground-floor rooms near the main hub (like 3051/3052) are perfect.

My husband and I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh was so exceptional we felt compelled to share it.
The hotel is immaculate, with beautifully maintained gardens, pristine pools, and a stunning beach. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the resort was outstanding.
What truly sets this resort apart is its people. Every member of staff, from lifeguards and bar staff to restaurant teams, spa therapists and excursion organisers were warm, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The service is the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world, and it’s clear that management has created a culture focused on guest happiness.
The food was consistently good, with excellent breakfast omelettes and varied lunch and dinner options, including plenty of fresh, healthy choices.
As well-travelled guests, only a handful of hotels have ever made us want to return and this is one of them. If you’re considering a trip to Egypt, this resort is an outstanding choice. We were truly blown away and will absolutely be back.

The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The quality and taste were far below expectations, and meals were not enjoyable at all. While I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, the poor dining experience significantly affected my overall stay.
I hope the management improves the food quality, as the cleanliness standards are definitely a strong point.

I want to share a situation that has left me genuinely concerned following a conversation I’ve just had with three members of hotel management regarding a staff member who was dismissed.
From what I understand, the issue related to a drinks slip that was not signed at the time because the guest insisted they would return to pay for it. I raised my concerns with a manager (as the General Manager was apparently unavailable at that moment). During that discussion, I was told that the staff member had “left.” Shortly afterwards, the General Manager and another manager joined the conversation, and it was then explained that procedure had been broken and disciplinary action had been taken against him. So the first manager lied. 🤥
What troubles me most is not only the outcome, but the way the situation appears to have been handled. I have since listened to a recording of how this young employee was spoken to during the process. Because the conversation was not in English, I had it translated using AI — and honestly, I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable with what I heard.
This post is not about attacking anyone personally, but about fairness, transparency, and how staff — especially dedicated loved team members — are treated when mistakes happen. Hospitality is built on people, and how we treat employees matters just as much as how we treat guests.
If anyone would like to hear the recording themselves to understand why I’m so concerned, I am willing to share it privately.
I hope this situation can be reviewed properly, and that lessons can be learned to ensure staff are treated with respect and fairness moving forward.

Great hotel. Loved it. The service was good. Could’ve been better if the bar staff were friendlier. But overall the rest of the restaurant and reception staff were excellent. House cleaning were to notch. Food was not that great. Not much variety day to day basis but loads of options. Thank you Cleopatra
