Our stay at BM Beach Hotel was really enjoyable, mainly thanks to the great food and wonderful service, which truly save this hotel. The meals were tasty, fresh, and varied, so everyone could find something they liked. The hotel staff were always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about guests’ comfort. Special thanks go to the lifeguard Essam – an incredibly kind, professional, and supportive person throughout our entire stay. He always looked after everyone’s safety and at the same time created a relaxed, fun atmosphere. We had a great time with him during our free moments, which made this trip even more memorable. People like Essam are the reason you want to come back.
We would also like to give special thanks to the bar staff, Kenneth and Abu, for their excellent service, great attitude, and positive energy every day. People like them are the reason you want to come back.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience.
The food was decent in quality, but the selection was truly limited. The variety was quite small, especially when it came to snacks — there was usually only one option available, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive stay.
We were also very surprised (in a negative way) that after checking out, we were no longer allowed to eat or drink, even though we had a very late flight. In most hotels around the world, guests with late departures are still allowed to use the restaurant and bar facilities without restrictions. This policy felt unfriendly and inconvenient.
The beach is nice and conveniently close to the hotel. However, we did not like that guests are asked to leave the beach at 6 PM and it is officially closed, even though it is still daylight. This felt unnecessary and restrictive.
Another major issue was smoking inside the hotel bar area. Smoking is allowed indoors, and for non-smokers the smell is unbearable and makes it very uncomfortable to spend time there.
The evening entertainment is also not adapted for English-speaking guests. Approximately 99% of the hotel guests were Russian, and all programs were conducted only in Russian. As English speakers, we could not understand anything that was happening, which made the entertainment feel exclusive rather than inclusive.
Overall, while the location and beach are good, the limited food variety, strict policies after check-out, indoor smoking, and lack of English-friendly entertainment significantly affected our experience.

We had an amazing experience at Longbeach Campground! The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything was well-organized and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect spot for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to expand the food options. While the Arabic and Indian cuisine offered was delicious, it would be great to see more international choices added to the menu, especially since many foreigners visit the campground. A wider variety would make the experience even more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Longbeach Campground to others! 🌊🏕️

A fantastic spot for a family getaway!
We stayed here with our relatives and kids from India and there was never a dull moment. The [Beach/DJ/Pool] kept them entertained and was simply awsome. The food options were varied enough for even our pickiest eaters.
Nice Hospitality and services with vibrant Hotel and Resort with Beach font.
A solid choice for anyone traveling with a group!"

We spent the national day holidays at longbeach. I was surprised that its not in a more remote location- we could hear the hotels next door party all night in our tents and the weird night club across the streer, which was really annoying. Camping or glamping should be remote and more quiet so people can disconnect.
I also found the rate for the safari tent extremely high - it felt like we were really just paying for that private toilet. The normal tents where less than half the price, yet we all got the exact same services. I feel if you're gona pay 3,500 + then there should be some exclusivity and premium services offered. But for those who got the basic tents for 300 a night- they got to enjoy everything else for a fraction of the price.
The crowds didnt help and people were shoving and pushing in line everywhere and spitting on the grass by their tents. it Put me off. the second day was better because most people left as schools were starting the day after. We finally got a little more space to move around in the pool and through out the resort.
The activities for kids were really nice, all the kids thoroughly enjoyed their time. i liked that there was something to do at any time of the day.
I wouldnt come again because i could get a lot more for my money at another resort that is more premium. it just felt too expensive for what it was. I felt like i was paying thousands for a private bathroom- because in terms of everything else, we all got the same exact service.
