Had a lovely experience staying here as part of a loveholidays booking. Our room on the second floor was a lovely, clean and bright room. Unfortunately balcony overlooking the street but for what we paid we were happy enough and we were out and about a lot. Everything in working order in the room, it got cleaned and towels refreshed every other day. I can see what people mean about the bathrooms being a bit dated but honestly there was no issue with them at all - it is a 3 star hotel. Some noise early mornings a couple of times when people were leaving but this is guests' fault, not the hotels. Pool area and communal areas also clean and nice to sit in. Staff very friendly and helpful. On our last day we left our luggage in the lockers (small but reasonable charge for this), went out for a while and then came back to sunbathe by the pool. We were able to use their shower and towels for the day even after check-out. Very central location in Puerto d'Alcudia, with all the amenities nearby including bars, restaurants, shops, beach on the doorstep. Lots of buses for transport links very handy and a short walk into Alcudia old town. Would definitely reccommend!

Staff friendly & helpful, lovely reception & lounge area, within walking distance to bars, restaurants & beach. There are 2 bars below, which are very loud, even with patio doors closed & walls are very thin, so you can hear people in the next room!
Pool & bar area were nice, could always get a sunbed & a towel if needed.
Restaurant gets very warm at breakfast. There's a nice variety of cold/hot items, was good to see alternative milk to choose from.
Cleaning staff are lovely & clean the rooms every day.
Overall hotel itself was nice, but not for 3 people in one room.

The hotel stay was honestly disappointing. At first glance the room looked alright but a short time later it quickly began to feel dirty, grimy, and dusty. To make matters worse, the TV would turn on every single time we entered the room, which was both annoying and unsettling.
The food situation wasn’t much better. Calling Spam “bacon” is an insult to anyone who has ever tasted real bacon. The plates were often dirty or greasy, which made the dining experience even less appealing. The fruit was served unpeeled, as if it was too much trouble to prepare it properly. At some point, we stopped having breakfast altogether and settled for just a coffee — or whatever that was supposed to be.
The atmosphere was equally unpleasant. The frustration and lack of motivation among some staff members was almost tangible, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Many areas reeked of cigarette smoke, and even worse, marijuana was smoked on the balcony next to ours, making it unbearable to stay in our own room and forcing us to go outside.
Taking a shower flooded the entire bathroom, so we had to clean up afterwards ourselves. On top of that, we once accidentally left a patch behind the toilet, which we only discovered a day later—after room service had supposedly cleaned. This clearly showed that the bathroom was either cleaned poorly or not at all.
Overall, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

The location is great and the hotel is well maintained. I’m giving a three star review because the breakfast is quite average; for the first day is okay but after spending a few more days is just hard to enjoy it - little variety and food is usually a bit overcooked and/or not tasty. Also, rooms are quite spacious but you can hear everything - I advice using ear plugs

Had a lovely vacation here, way above my expectations. Booked the hotel due to price and didn’t expect or need much, but what I hit was a great room, excellent and friendly service and an easy and relaxing holiday base.
Highly recommend staying here! Read some reviews above thin walls, no fridges and outdated room decoration, have to say this was not my experience at all. The rooms were lovely and clean and nice and modern and had everything I needed to cool off and relax after hot days in the sun.
