Our experience at Aeolos was incomparable to any other we’ve had. Our holiday took a turn when my fiancé had a fall that needed urgent medical attention. Aeolos were so warm, reassuring and urgent in care. A doctor was with us in 10 minutes, and after diagnosis his mobility was limited for the remainder of the trip. Aeolos looked after us brilliantly, offered to move rooms, and helped us get around the hotel for the remainder of the trip that took an unexpected turn. Food was amazing, Mediterranean touch- very authentic homemade Greek dishes but also different options for all preferences. Excellent amenities, the friendliest people we have ever met, nothing was too much. The beach was incredibly beautiful too! Crystal clear blue waters☺️ excellent mini bus service for £4pp return directly from hotel to Kos town with frequent times. All if not most of the tours offer pick up directly from hotel too. Thank you Aeolos for making a rather stressful experience a lot easier to manage because of your kindness! We hope to return again soon!

Me and my partner visited during october & had a great time. We had a suite with a hot tub & it was great. The view was incredible. Only thing that could have made it worth more than 4* was the food, i’ve had better dinners at 3* hotels.
Other than that it was great. Would reccomend for a week away

A Very relaxing hotel in a good setting.our room was a very short walk along smooth paved walkways to the beach which was a mix of smooth pebbles and patches of sand. The sea was warm. The food is varied, there are 3 theme nights and the variety was good.we used the shuttle bus to Kos town which costs 4euro per person each way.A taxi costs 12.all the staff are very friendly.we had a very relaxing September week.we would come again. We woke up to an amazing view of the sea and to see just how close the nearby islands are.The inclusive drinks are limited to local products but they are satisfactory. The snack bar serves a hot dogs, gyros and burgers etc on an alternating daily basis. Pool bar is where entertainment takes place, karaoke,Greek dancing and music, vocalists and musicians were some that we enjoyed. There is background music at the main pool.but not at the smaller pools.
The only aspect I would criticise is the cold snacks available for late arrivals which were past the point of freshness by some margin. The town of Kos is Very pretty and is a joy to walk round day and night. AIGLI cafe restaurant in kos town is very good indeed. The harbour is very nice. The hotel rooms are spread out along the whole site connected by smooth wide pathways.there is a colony of cute cats around the site but create no nuisance and are quite cute. Room service was effective and discrete.mobile and WiFi signals were good. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

I've been coming to Kos for 10 years and visited a lot of the Dodecanese islands and some parts of mainland in my life so have experienced the Greek peoples kindness, generosity and hospitality well.
This hotel has beautiful views of the ocean and coastline, lovely picturesque scenery of the premium bungalows and during the day it can be quiet and peaceful (we came in October, end of season so Kos is usually quiet in general).
However, for the meals, especially in the evening it can be a hectic confusing experience of queuing for upto an hour to just enter the restaurant area, due to excess of guests and lack of seating facilities, (some food may also run out during this time). Upon entry you are seated by staff before getting your food but if you do leave your seat to get your food, you will 100% have someone swoop in there and take it even though it's just been given to you by that staff member, so I would grab a plate of food first before being seated. You cannot get your own drinks in the evening meal, you have to wait until one of the few staff available notice you and will then come over and ask you which drink you would like, usually by this time you have nearly finished your meal.
There's quite a lack of staff available here and so wait time can be long for restaurant and also the bar, often queuing for both.
Room consumables are rarely replenished often meaning you will have to go to the front desk and ask for toilet roll, coffee, sugar etc.
It seems the hotel is trying to be a resort without the facilities or infrastructure required for this, with too many people for a lack of facilities. As this is low season I am unsure how the hotel coped during the summer months when it is peak holiday season.
I would also add it seems a lot of the guests get heavily drunk off the inclusive cocktails throughout the day which leaves for very noisy and interruptive evenings and nights, not one night was managed to sleep a full night undisturbed. There was more than 3 occasions where we could hear and see domestic altercations and hear damage to hotel property from the guests.
I would highly recommend using your room safe/putting valuables back into your suitcase and locking it when leaving your room as there was an incident during my stay that would have resulted in the attention of the police, a valuable necklace that was usually left in a particular spot next to my bedside (Kos had always been safe to do this) went missing when we got back from our day trip, it "miraculously" was found behind the fridge (?) the day after we had reported it to front desk, emailed explaining if it was not found we would need to contact local police for insurance purposes and called our holiday representative to inform them of the missing item.
We lost trust in this hotel and would hate for this to be someone's first experience of Kos as it is a wonderful island with lovely people. We changed hotels midway through due to this experience, our holiday rep was able to sort out the transfers from the second hotel to the airport which was kind.
Aeolos is a picturesque hotel with great potential, however all of the above has dampened our stay and we would not want this to be a similar experience for others if this is your first time coming to Kos.

A lovely stay! Staff were very friendly, the animation staff member was always enthusiastic and the food was good! I like that they label each food with each allergy!
The minibus into Kos is a great addition at a very good price!
The only problem I had was that I wish we stayed for an extra few days!
