Stayed 7 nights solo at half board. Absolutely amazing. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Breakfast was consistent with slight variations so you knew what to expect. Dinner has occasional themes but always has zones each night. Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta.
My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour while I was down by the pool! Access to beach is a breeze. And there were lots of guests using wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, hiking poles etc. very accessible friendly with chair lifts for indoor and outdoor pool.
Day and night time entertainment timetable was easy to follow and still a great range as it came to the end of the season (8-15 oct). Communication was clear with translations in English, German, French and of course Spanish. Didn't need to get any cash out for my whole trip.
Heaps of shops near by and the hotel has an additional restaurant for lunch outside by the pool, looking out to the waves. Even in a storm I had a great time and would definitely go back, wish I hadn't left!

Huge hotel..very impressive. Attractively modern. Well managed. I went in mid October. Not sure what high season must be like. Very clean and well organised. Staff are friendly and hard working. Half board is good value...all you can eat for breakfast and dinner. My room was 3rd floor sea view...very pleasant. Dining room gets very busy but once you've learned the ropes and sharpened your elbows, you'll be fine. Lovely white tablecloths. Very nice tortilla freshly made for breakfast. Lovely pool...fresh and bracing in October...perfect for me. Indoor pool should be much warmer though as should steam room.Drinks reasonably priced. My only asks would be to have a pianist playing most evenings please and sort out the island's overcrowded buses.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and included a small kitchen with everything needed for a week-long stay.
The food at the hotel was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of healthy options alongside sweets and desserts. The hotel also offered entertainment for children. We didn’t use this service ourselves, but I noticed there were daily activities organized (except on Sundays).
One particularly thoughtful gesture was when we arrived late, after dinner hours. The reception kindly provided us with some food so we wouldn’t have to go out searching at night—this really made a positive impression.
The location is also great: Sa Coma is a lovely place, and the hotel is only a 1–2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself is about 900 meters long, very clean, and ideal for children since the water stays shallow for quite a while, making it safe for them to play.
The only small downside was that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. At times it felt a bit too warm at night, and it would have been nice to adjust it individually. However, this was only a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The food was varied and absolutely delicious. The service was always friendly, the reception team kind and helpful. The rooms and the entire resort are modern and well-maintained. The pool is fantastic, and the view is simply breathtaking.
We stayed here for the second time, and once again, everything was perfect.
A big compliment to the staff and the owners – it's truly impressive how consistently high the standards are. Thank you, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. I’m very satisfied with the hotels’ facilities, staff, location, food. I have spent 10 days in the hotel - had a sea view room with half-board. A room with a sea view is definitely worth it. During my stay I have used the pool, gym, lobby and pool bars, pizza/snack restaurant. My birthday was during the stay so I got a nice surprise in the room and in the breakfast area. I didn’t have any difficulty to find an available sunbed near the pool even at noon.
Housekeepers and the lady at the entrance/exit of the buffet restaurant were particularly polite.
I would like to suggest some things:
I believe for the price they charge there should at least be a coffee machine or a kettle in rooms and slippers should be provided as well. The gym kinda looks on an older side, it is small and lacks some equipment, the extensions for some cable machines were missing. Also, the entertainment was wonderful, I really liked how there was lots of activities during the day like Aqua Gym, Darts etc, although music being played in the pool area during the whole day would have given it even better impression.
Breakfast should be more diverse. At least do some small tweaks and offer something different every second/third day. After the 6th day I found it boring. Dinner was excellent and I like that there is a dress code. Gives it a gala vibe. The only issue I had is that I noticed that two times some utensils/plates were not cleaned properly.
