I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now. Granted neither time in the peak season. However, this is not a true 5* experience if you were looking for one. The rooms are fine and spacious but that’s where it ends.
No indoor pool, no sauna nor steam room or anything of the sort. No kids facilities despite that they advertise it. Dogs cost 80eur per night. The first time we got a little dog kit but last time they didn’t bother. When you arrive no one is there to greet you. There are zero amenities outside of the bar. In the colder months the pool is not heated plus it’s just closed. The area outside isn’t maintained.
The food at Beso Beach is good at night and the staff were kind. It’s just not a 5* hotel worth that money.
It’s not awful - it’s just not worth it. We won’t be coming back anymore. Maybe just for lunch or a drink on the rooftop in the summer.

The hotel and the staff were so exceptional. It was exactly what was required. My room was overlooking the sea, so at night I would keep my door open so I could hear the crashing of the waves.
Been able to take a long walk into the town was so relaxing. I also braved the 12 degree waters and went for a quick swim.
The concierge at this hotel totally made it for me. Guille and Luis were always available and helped me with local information on everything from restaurants to some local "experiences" that the hotel offers: 20 minutes away there is a farm that has rescued horses where you can go on a ride and just BE with these horses and in nature. You do not need to be an experienced horse rider, just choose and enjoy the adventure. A shout out to Lucas too, who drove me to the farm and helped me.
The restaurant is great, I ate there a few times and the staff are so engaging and friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend staying here, especially in the off season if you are after quiet.

What can I say but absolutely stellar. I’m a New Yorker but I also have dual citizenship with Ireland loving Barcelona this beauty in Sitges is always a favorite for me. The people, the food, the atmosphere as well as the nightlife the second to none plus if you want to splurge and stay at a world class property I highly recommend it.

Wow! What an amazing place with views that truly take your breath away. The service here is unmatched. I was blown away by how professional everyone was.
