Service was great, everyone smiley and helpful. Food mostly good, although some of the meat was a bit dry. Pool would have been excellent had it not been plagued by wasps. Quite a few victims unfortunately. Not the hotels fault but still it marred a lovely space. There’s a free shuttle to Keri beach, which is small but cute area. Good boat trips from there. If you like a walk there are some lovely peaceful trails. Very quiet.

The focus here is on simplicity and serenity, not extravagance. Also, being in a natural setting means the occasional wasp or mosquito might make an appearance — part of the rustic charm, but not ideal for everyone.

would, and hopefully will, definitely go back, we all had a lovely time all the staff were absolutely amazing, so welcoming , kind and very funny!!! felt very comfortable here and staff took great care of us all rooms and some furnishings like sun loungers and umbrellas were a little outdated? and could do with a “revamp” but i believe rooms were cleaned every day, which was lovely to come back to after spending the day at the pool unfortunately, the pool closed at 6pm every day, which was a little early, but it forced us to go in to get ready for dinner which came by soon enough at 730 each day!! not a huge selection of food, but as someone who is VERY cautious of eating out, the food quality was lovely, and i felt very safe eating the foods that were served, there was entertainment a few evenings over the week, all of which were very fun, we found it strange there wasnt entertainment specifically on the friday night, but the nights for entertainment may change? im not sure!! but like i mentioned, the entertainment was lovely , and some evenings we all got involved, dancing and singing’ very fun :) the hotel is not near any shops or anything, 30-45 min taxi to zante main strip, and a mini van from the hotel, about 3x per day i believe? for a relaxing quiet holiday this place is perfect thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful holiday for myself and my family

We stayed at Keri Village Resort for 3 nights and were very disappointed – this is not the standard of a 4-star hotel. The food was limited, often dry/overcooked, and unappealing. The “snack bar” one day was soggy bread with cheese and tomato, with very little choice. Drinks were self-service from bottles left on the counter, usually flat, and beer was from self serve pumps. Alcohol was clearly of low volume and not good quality! Parasols around the pool all had holes, and our room had a hole in the door, a poor bathroom repair, and a shower with no light installed. Our fridge wasn’t working on arrival, and the other room in our booking had a blocked toilet despite supposedly being cleaned. Housekeeping was unprofessional – we came back to our room to find the maid lying on our bed! Entertainment was only provided on one of the three nights which for a 4 star hotel surprised us. Overall, the hotel fell well short of expectations and was not good value for money. We expected a much higher standard for what we paid.

We visited Kiri Village & Spa for only one day as we were visiting all of the hotels that are a part of our hotel's group and I must say, it exceeded our expectations. I don't understand why this isn't a 5 star location as it is absolutely divine. Lovely food, incredibly friendly staff and great services! The pool (going as deep as 3.1m) was impressive and such a treat to dip into in the heat and the poolside bar provided a vast array of delicious cocktails that were so so refreshing!! We personally didn't try out the spa facilities but hope to if we return! My only regret is that we didn't choose to stay here for our entire visit to the island.

Just enjoyed a wonderful 10 days here! The hotel is lovely with bright clean rooms, sunny pools, a great restaurant serving lovely traditional Greek recipes and well stocked bars! The staff are all lovely and friendly, but Maria in particular is an absolute credit to the hotel! Nothing was ever too much trouble and her recommendations throughout our stay elevated our experiences 10 fold!!

I asked the lady at the bar if there is a children's park with a swing and slide and she said there is not such thing. On the last day of holiday I discovered a park in a hidden corner. I was very disappointed. My baby could have used it every single day. The hotel has elevator but no ramp for the stroller to get to the elevator. The food was very poor.

Filoxenia is best described as modest. It doesn't have much, but what it does have, it does well. Not a bad hotel if you just want to eat, drink, and lounge. It is made up of two areas separated by a dirt road, each area has a pool and rooms. One area has the reception, and the other has the bar, restaurant etc. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was based in the area attached to the reception. The room was nice and modern. But like with many modern showers and basins, they do not drain well. The bathroom would flood partially after each shower, this was an inconvenience. We had two single beds pushed together (I'm not sure if we had the opportunity to chose a single king or queen bed), and one of the beds had the tendency to move away from the other, which was another inconvenience. There was no way to lock this bed in place. The mattresses were of the firm spring type, which I didn't like. That being said, I made do, and I didn't bother asking if I could be given a foam mattress topper. I also understand that you have to pay for AC, it's something like 10 EUR a day. It wasn't hot enough for me to ask about this, but if it is 10 EUR then I think that is a lot. The restaurant was okay. The food was good. The selection was on the smaller side, but this makes sense considering the size of the hotel. This didn't bother me as I eat almost everything. As the restaurant is a buffet, you have to squeeze past other tables with food in your hands to get to your table which is a inconvenience. And that's about it. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. It's about a 25 min walk from the hotel to the beach. 15 min walk to town.

Room was really nice, the bar staff are really nice friendly and welcoming, Couldn’t fault them, The food is ok there is always something to eat that you will like but overall it’s not the best But would definitely stay here again

It's only 3 star at best. Food very basic, small choice and repetitive. Most of the staff are very friendly. Hotel getting a bit expensive for what you get, which is basic.

Lovely hotel very clean nice size room we were in 326 up 2 lots of steps about 8steps each we had a balcony the photo with the roof was our view. A good choice of food for all of the meals had theme nights. the stews were lovely big chunks of meat good salad bar good choice of eggs on a morning was all incl. Was a snack bar and an ala carte we didnt use but heard mix results and said just gave you food food didn't explain what it was. You can upgrade for the rooms nearer the sea with extras like a coffee machine we didn't bother had a kettle though. Sadly we noticed those rooms must be nr the outfall so smelt @ times. The usual early towel drop 🙄 some left on for hours not on. The staff were lovely drinks in the inclusive were local we found were fine you paid extra for branded. Was some entertainment one a 🎷 very good disco night a Greek night said acrobats another but we went out. Stvilli was good for bars tribute bands some were shut as nr end of season. The local bus not v reliable maybe time of year got one back from Zante town €2 each. Need a 🚖 on a night as not many paths dark was €10-15 each way. Need a cardi was cool on a night but mid oct the days were bit mixed.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. On arrival we were offered a glass of champagne but opted for a soft drink instead. A golf buggy took us with our luggage down to our room. We booked a junior suite with swim up pool. Felt very luxurious indeed. Rooms are cleaned every day. And the view was spectacular. The food at the hotel is nice. Something for everyone. We were there from 6th October and it was quite quiet which we also enjoyed. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also had a luxurious massage at the spa which was wonderful. Altogether an amazing hotel and we had a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at AluaSoul at the end of September. It's a nice hotel, our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels put out. The bed was so comfy. We didn't have a problem getting sunbeds at the main pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and work so hard. There is a good selection of food in the main restaurant, we enjoyed pretty much everthing we ate.(The fried eggs at breakfast weren't hot though). However, the A La Carte was truly awful. The starter was dry bread rolls topped with a tomato sauce, a dry filo wrap and a few other bits we didn't eat. The main course was dry meat. We walked out and went to a local restaurant instead. We didn't upgrade to My Favourite Club, it was expensive to do so and we felt we'd already paid enough for our stay. We got a taxi a couple of time to Tsilivi. There are some great bars and restaurants there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we wouldn't return.

I had an amazing time at Aluasoul. The food was excellent, always tasty, varied, and beautifully presented. The main bar offered a fantastic selection of cocktails, and Elvis, the bartender, was absolutely brilliant. He’s not only great at what he does but also brings such a fun and positive atmosphere every evening. The entertainment during the day was full of energy and laughter. I really enjoyed the yoga sessions with Deborah, who made every class (stretching, darts) so much fun and kept everyone smiling and involved. In the evenings, the entertainment was just as enjoyable. The two singers on Monday night were amazing, and the karaoke on Friday was full of good vibes and great voices. Overall, I can only say wonderful things about the staff at Aluasoul. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making each guest feel welcome. It’s a place full of happiness and great energy, and I’d love to come back again soon.

I stayed at AluaSoul, in October so the weather was varied and warm/hot but that didn't bother us and cooler in the evening. We up graded and was offered champagne on arrival - very nice! The receptionist was lovely and professional. The hotel was clean but lots of wasps about on the island. It sits on a hilly area and there is no beach but there is one close by. The upgraded bar/ section was nice with a chilled vibe. There were beanbag beds, some stained but we did have free towels and could have just gone on a lounger. That area is astroturfed and there is another paved seating area. The hotel area was quiet in the day. The evening entertainment was enjoyable! Great vibe and met some lovely people and had some good laughs. The staff were friendly and polite. You normally get one grumpy one but not this time. I booked a massage which was really really good. Definitely with it! Would I come back? I like sun, sea and a beach and that was missing for me but still wouldn't rule it out as we were sad to leave.

Stayed for 7 days, 2 adults (wife is pregnant). Room - Junior Suite All Inclusive Overall a very pleasant experience. Shout out to the Entertainment Superstar Elena, who brought fun and energy every day, engaged amazingly with all guests, and cannot be faulted. Food was great quality, varied, plentiful and fresh. Chefs/waiting staff polite, always greet you, quick to clear plates. Cleaning staff always smiley, and did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms daily. Room: junior Suite - Only down side is air con is on a timer for all rooms, you can pay to upgrade but in my personal opinion, air con should be included as standard, even with a "fair usage" policy off needed. Besides that, room was modern, shower had high pressure, great temp (can get very hot, be careful), good view from balcony, very comfy bed, pillows etc, flat screen TV, tea coffee kettle included. 2 pools, both clean, plenty of sun loungers, had the sun all over for most of the day, close to bar (shout out to Stathis, top barman!) Overall: would recommend. Did not experience anything mentioned in any negative reviews.

State of this hotel for a One week getaway. When we arrived, we were happy with the location and everything was going pretty smooth. Tried to check into the hotel and had to wait for an hour, which was a bit of a nightmare as it was a fair bit of travel getting there and we just wanted to relax. Some of the reception staff were great, but a particular woman that were behind the counter was a bit of her own self. Food was hit or miss. We ended up going out three nights and a couple of lunch times just to mix it up. Where to start with the entertainment…. We took part in four different Entertainment quizzes. The last one we took part of for good reason was a movie quiz. I answered every question first and correct and we ended up getting a seven point lead on the others and then we told that we need to miss out a load of questions. It was clear to see what was happening because the entertainment lady had a couple of favourites and wanted them to win. Left a sour taste in the mouth and realised how two faced she was person. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again, but the island is beautiful on a brighter note 🤣

Wow what a find. I travel a lot and I can honestly say the Diana Palace has it all for a very enjoyable stay. The room type I stayed in was lovely. The food was delicious with so much variety. Dietary issues taken serious. The people who run and work in the hotel are so warm, friendly and helpful. A fun Entertainment Programme. I am so looking forward to coming back

This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The so-called “entertainment” was nothing more than an excuse for the entertainment manager to be rude and openly single people out in front of the crowd – uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. When I raised the issue, management couldn’t have cared less. In fact, they were dismissive and made me feel like I was the problem for complaining. Furthermore, she refused to allow me to partake in activities, shouted at me on more than one occasion and is extremely sexist towards men. The drinks were just as bad – cheap, watered down, and barely drinkable. You’d get better quality from a corner shop mixer. On top of that, some of the staff were outright rude, with zero interest in basic customer service. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them just by being there. Overall, the place wasnt what i had expected. If you value your money, your time, and basic respect, stay far, far away from this hotel.

WOW what an amazing hotel in a great location. Room was clean and comforable. The entire hotel was spotless and cleaned every day The staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn't do enough for you. The food choice was great and varied The entertainment was excellant. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way All the staff were amazing but 2 members deserve a special mention. Kelly at reception went above and beyond what I would expect her to do I injured my knee doing Greek dancing on day one. She went and made an ice pack for me and when the swelling went down she gave me directions to the nearby pharmacy who were very helpful and gave me the tablets I needed. Within 2 days I was totally pain free to enjoy the rest of my holiday. The other person who deserves a special mention is Elenor. She was the Queen of entertainment and brought so.much fun and laughter during the day and early evening before outside entertainers came to the hotel to wow the guests

We absolutely adored our stay at Castelli Hotel. It had such a warm friendly feel and nothing was too much trouble. Joanna was incredible with me being gluten free and spoke me through the food daily and at each mealtime. She really was a star and made me feel incredibly safe and at ease. The rest of the staff were lovely and from the moment you stepped through the door they were there to help. The food was lovely and such a good variety and decent quality. The entertainment was great. Pool was lovely and sunbeds were really decent quality. It was such a lovely relaxing holiday !

Zante Castelli Hotel is the best all-inclusive resort I have ever stayed at. I truly felt pampered — the service, the staff, and every detail were at the highest level. Every evening there was a show, which made the experience even more special. If Zakynthos has a place in my heart, it’s definitely also thanks to this hotel. A big shout-out to the entire staff!

A great place to stay if you're looking for friendly hotel where you can chill out, or use as a base to explore the island. The buffet was very good, the rooms are clean, and well maintained, and the staff could not do enough for us. The evening entertainment was great too.

We are just heading home after a weeks stay at Castelli. The staff were outstanding, Joanna in particular puts in a shift at meal times to ensure all guests have what they require. We had a swim up room which was amazing, by pure chance we lucked out with the prime spot that got most of the sun throughout the day compared to the rest of the rooms. If you go at this time of year be mindful that you may not get as much sun on the sunbeds at the swim up rooms due to the height of the sun, but if you can opt for a swim up room poolside as you get much more here then then you do roadside. The food was okay, nothing out of the ordinary for an all inclusive buffet and unfortunately on a few occasions we did have a few dishes that were cold but overall everything tasted nice. Sometimes a bit repetitive and we often found lunch much better than dinner unfortunately. Our biggest issue was the wasps, the hotel unfortunately does have a huge wasp issue, they are everywhere and I mean everywhere and persistent. I heard one of the staff members say this was due to the fires in the mountains in the summer that has sent all the wasps down however we went out throughout the week to other food locations on the island and wasps were not an issue there and the pure number that Castelli has makes it clear they have several nests on site that urgently need attending too. Unfortunately this did feed into our ability to relax on this holiday as they were constantly swarming around us on our sunbed and at breakfast, lunch & dinner and took the shine out of the holiday a little bit. I thoroughly suggest to Castelli staff to look into resolving the wasp issue urgently so other holidayers can actually relax and enjoy a beautiful location and hotel.

We just got back from a week here and would not recommend this hotel or location. The hotel does not match the pictures particularly well, the food is OK ish, all inclusive drinks rubbish and plastic glasses even at breakfast. The location is hilly, no footpaths at all (dangerous at night in particular) local beach is not good. It is on the road and very noisy . Local traditional Greek restaurants are very good as we found out having got so sick of the food on the all inclusive we ate out at night. Everything about this hotel is just OK, no more, no less. We have stayed in far superior 4* all inclusive adult only hotels to this and this one, does not measure up for us.
