I usually can't stay in any hotel, especially when it's Inclusive ,for more than 4 days, but in this wonderful hotel we stayed for 9 beautiful days, the restaurant food was delicious and varied. The workers and chefs are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and tidy and cleaned every day. The water games are wonderful. We spent the most beautiful days in it. Finally, thanks to the reception staff, especially Ahmed, who was very cooperative and cared about the comfort of the hotel guests.

Five stars are not enough to describe how amazing my experience was at this resort in Sharm! Everything was absolutely perfect – quality, cleanliness, service, attention to detail… I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single moment. The young man who cleaned my room was an artist – every day he surprised me with a new towel creation, a little masterpiece that truly warmed my heart 💖. The food was delicious, varied and abundant… and the desserts? Out of this world! 🍰😍 The pools were super fun and well maintained, and every area was spotless. A special thank you to the entire staff – always smiling, helpful, cleaning, serving, and making everything feel effortless. They made my holiday fantastic and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Highlights: • Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) – The hotel is spotless! Everything is perfectly maintained, from the rooms to the pools and common areas. You can really see how much effort the staff puts into keeping everything clean. • Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (8/10) – A good variety and quality of dishes. There’s always something suitable for everyone, including kids. • Service & Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) – Outstanding! A big thank you to our housekeeper Mahmut, the reception team, and the White Shark taxi company, which works with the hotel. Our transfer from and to the airport was perfect – luxury cars, safe driving, and great organization. They also organized our trips to the city without any issues at all. • Special thanks to the reception for giving us a suite – it was spacious and made our stay even more comfortable. Resort & Facilities: The resort is large, beautifully maintained, and offers so much for families. The staff work literally 24/7 to keep the area clean and welcoming. We stayed for 8 nights, but honestly, you should plan at least 10 days to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer and still have time to relax. Health: We had absolutely no stomach or digestive problems during our stay – everything was fresh and of good quality. ⸻ Conclusion: We truly had an unforgettable stay and will definitely come back. The staff were some of the most friendly people I've ever met. The waiters bar men and life guards literally couldn't do enough for you. The room wasn't the greatest. Very dated and quite small especially the second room which was to sleep two people it had a bunk bed and enough room to walk out of the sliding door. It was cleaned to a very high standard everyday the cleaner was amazing but the actual room wasnt the best. Also had two incidents of leaking water coming through the ceiling vent from the air conditioning unit so had to call reception and wait for worker to come and fix it. The food was nice pretty much the same thing most evenings but what was there was nice. The entertainment wasnt the best. There is a VR/Games room which is pretty cool also pool tables outside which you have to pay for either by the hour or 30 minutes which was surprising being an all inclusive hotel. Overall good holiday lovely staff but the entertainment and rooms need work

Our stay offered fantastic value for the money, making it a solid choice for families. The resort is clean and had activities available for all ages, which kept everyone thoroughly entertained. We traveled with two kids below the age of 5 and they had lots of fun. The staff are extremely professional and took very good care of us. While our room was spotless, it was noticeably outdated, and the food, while having some moments and good variety, was repetitive. Some of the rides were closed for our entire stay. If you can prioritize a fun-filled, active vacation and overlook some of these shortcomings, you will find this resort to be a great deal.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Jaz Fayrouz. Spent a lot of time at the pool in the day. It was very nice, clean and well maintained. Yayha the lifeguard is very friendly, approachable and speaks good English. He is very knowledgeable and will help you in any way he can. He is constantly walking around cleaning up and ensuring the safety of the tourists. All the staff in the resort is very friendly and polite. I would definitely come back again.

I was really impressed by the food quality at Jaz Fayrouz. Every meal was perfectly prepared — the grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the pasta had a rich, creamy taste that made it unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Fayrouz! The rooms were very clean, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from each day. The beach is beautiful, and although the pool area is on the smaller side and could use some renovation, we still enjoyed our time relaxing there. We also visited the spa at Jaz Dreams, but it didn’t quite meet our expectations—especially considering the high prices. The spa rooms and facilities felt outdated for the cost. Despite that, Jaz Fayrouz is a fantastic and centrally located hotel. We'd definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all for English families. This hotel primarily focuses on Russians & that is obvious from the outset. You are made to feel excluded the entertainment is repetitive & is geared towards everyone but English people so again you are excluded. The bar serves warm soft drinks & also warm beer. The food is below average & makes you extremely unwell & as for breakfast not a decent dish at all again all geared towards Russia & Eastern Europe. The rooms & public areas have no precautions for Mosquitos and you're continually bitten the first night we thought it was bed bugs. You are continually hounded by the spa team around the pool all day & every time you leave the hotel the T-shirt man hounds you & so does the taxi man. You go away to relax not get hounded every time. This hotel was extremely disappointed & I couldn't wait to go home. Why there are so many positive reviews I don't understand.

I honestly don’t understand why some people leave negative reviews about this hotel, Dive Inn Resort is a really nice place! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The price is beyond reasonable, especially considering what you get in return. The buffet meals are great, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely better than what you’d expect at this price point. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. I was impressed with how quiet and comfortable everything felt. The housekeeping team does a great job. The check in was very easy and Mr was very patient he allow us to choose and view the room before instead of forcing us to get room that we do not comfortable in it . Hotel allow as to check out lat . This resort was absolutely amazing. The staff the chefs all greeted and very polite . Always welcome you With a huge smile. The rooms were serviced daily. The food was delicious with fresh BBQs too. Different varieties one day fish , meat and chicken.Even when the guest do awkward behavior they never confront but they politely redirect the guest . Really it was absolutely amazing hotel the reviews are true and valid .

The hotel itself is beautiful, with nice facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was average — nothing special, but not terrible either. Service could have been warmer; staff were not particularly friendly, especially at reception, but they were not rude either. Overall, it was fine, but nothing memorable.

Nice resort, clean and quiet. I liked the pool and the animation. Music was until 23 which was good if you like quietness at night. No noise at all from the rooms which was amazing and AC was working fine. Food was good, breakfast, lunch and dinner were nice and varied, with decent quantity. We tried a couple of tours and they were both very good. Pros: clean, quiet, nice facilities, food Cons: receptionists and staff in general are not very welcoming. Mosquitoes at night are so bad. WiFi working only at the pool area and reception and sometimes very slow. You might get some connection if your room is near the pool, even though very slow. Rooms need to be refurbished. Overall very nice stay for this budget.

I stayed for less than 24 hours, mainly just to sleep, so the short stay was fine for my needs. Location: Very good — about a 10-minute drive from several city attractions and around 15 minutes from the airport. Price: Reasonable and not expensive. Room & Service: The room was spacious and included a bathroom and a small kitchen, but the furniture was very old and worn out. Only towels were provided — no soap or tissues. Overall, the service was acceptable. Staff: Friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to prepare an early breakfast since we had to leave before the regular breakfast time. Facilities: The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, and I noticed a couple of nearby shops open until midnight. Internet service was not free. There’s also a private hotel taxi — I used it once; it was an old van but functional and fairly priced. I didn’t try other facilities like the pool, breakfast, or room service, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, my short stay (less than 18 hours) was acceptable, but it’s not a place I would choose to stay at again

Title: Disappointing Stay – Only the Staff Deserve Praise The only thing that saved this hotel was the staff. The lifeguard and restaurant workers were amazing — friendly and hardworking. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. Our room was cleaned only twice in two weeks. We had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper and water. If a towel got dirty, they tried to charge five euros for it. The hotel felt extremely stingy and poorly managed. Breakfast had almost no variety, and the food was repetitive and only average in quality. There’s no real all-inclusive service — not even basic water or beer included. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t speak any foreign languages. Many guests we met were also unhappy with their stay. If not for the kind and professional staff, I’d have given this place an even lower rating. Overall, I’d rate it three stars at best — and that’s only thanks to the few great employees.

The worst experience ever. No ice for our entire stay. The only things is good is the employees are nice and friendly but the rest is bad. No clean water to drink, sheets smell so bad I had to buy my own. The food is almost the same every day and it doesn’t taste good. Security didn’t let us have guests to enter the property. I'll leave a proper review when I get home but I have just caught the restaurant actually watering down the beer in the tiny cups. Joke not being drunk at an all inclusive when you pay £1400 They also fill the water barrels up from the tap. It isn't fresh mineral water. Getting severe diarrhoea for over a week is no fun and I didn't eat of drink anywhere else. It's not right

What a dump. Don't believe the photos or false advertising. It's 2* best. All inclusive is more like full board. The restaurant is open for meals between 7am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm, and 7pm and 9pm. Outside of these times you have to pay...snacks, ice cream etc. No juice at all...just squash. Often warm. And in tiny flimsy plastic cups...the kind you get at a water cooler...kid you not. No wine. Cappuccino coffee has to be paid for. Bottled water has to be paid for. Slides aren't safe to use. Cut my wrist the first time down on something rough. Absolutely avoided them after that. I appreciate it's cheap but just depressing. Dirty pool. ROUGH bedsheets. No aircon for the first 3 nights...30° in the room at night. Blaring music until very late. I was extremely unwell for the first 4 days. Was told by a staff member they use tap water for the ice cubes. Oh, and watch out for house keepers Reda and Ismael...told me they earn 1000egp a month...after giving them a very hefty tip, found out they earn no less than 9000, excluding tips and commission. The only good thing about this place was leaving it. Do yourself a massive favour and pay a bit extra...wish I had! And wifi only in reception. Or pay extra.

Main concern is the group of local men on the hotel owned beach. Who had removed the steps of the Getty to the coral reef so they could "help" females into the water by getting very hands on and visibly dribbling at bikini wearing ladies. Also following them under the water using goggles to get a better look. Taking away their disgusting behaviour the beach was very nice and the service good. The staff at the main hotel were very friendly and professional, restaurant, bar staff and entertainment particularly helpful and did a great job. Restaurant manager is highly skilled and needs praise. I would suggest the numerous men offering massages by the pool concentrate on the male visitors and you employ a female to massage females guests. You would have a better take up of the offer and families with females would feel less insecure and creeped out by the men standing in front of them on loungers. Pool was well maintained and good fun. Rooms were clean and completed to a high standard. Leave a dollar for a better standard though. Overall the hotel did a good job, you need females in your staff, we saw one, and they would help you understand how families with females feel when visiting, which can only grow your business long term.

For the price we paid it was very good, of course we weren't expecting luxury. They have a free shuttle bus that takes you to Temple Beach (the one near the famous Farsha). Food was kinda the same everyday but was fine for us. The people working there are amazing. Thanks.

me and my friends (3 girls) stayed in this hotel for 5 days first of all we booked all inclusive package but they put us on regular package sai even though we paid we told them and showed them the package deal with the voucher but still they insisted that we are sai despite if we have proof or not the receptionist are very rude and very mean and he is not helpful second of all after we read the reviews we thought this hotel was perfect turned out it was very and below average it is not 4 stars barely 2 stars they do not have wifi in rooms!! the fridge is empty (they said that there is food in the fridge). Plus the mosquitos filled the room and they were bothering us all day and night. we booked a triple room there’s only 2 towels 2 cups they don’t consider the third person and for 3 girls only going to a trip this hotel is nott safe at all. The room was ground floor and the balcony is shared with other rooms but the doors do not lock plus we booked for a garden view however there’s no garden nor a view just a wall 2 m in front of the door. the only person who should have a raise is the cleaning guy. he always clean the room perfectly and do some cute stuffs with the towels that made our trip.

i have just returned from a two week all inclusive stay and i must say i did enjoy the stay i work in a very busy on your feet for long hours job so was looking forward to a lovely poolside rest . The Restaurant staff were exceptional and nothing was to much for them , the food was i bit dull and repetitive not much choice or variety but i didnt starve . The reception staff were not welcoming at all you felt like an inconvenience to them . The housekeeping staff were very friendly the only person i had an issue with was housekeeper Ahmed Sami , he continually knocked on my door and just walked in my room when i opened the door (i am a woman on my own ) he constantly asked me to get him jobs in England and to give him something special for his daughter , very unsettling for a woman holidaying on her own . The minute i walked in my room he would knock i felt like he was stalking me . The cleaning was ok apart from the bathroom , the shower cubical was not cleaned the whole two weeks i was there and there was black mould everywhere in the shower . I did notice there was not any female staff at all at the hotel while this was not a big deal i think when you have lone woman holidaying there should be some woman working there to relate to as it seems Egyptian men do not interact on the same level with woman ( cultural i know ) The music round the pool was way to loud constantly all day long into the late evening , it would have been nice to have some quiet time by the pool to chill . All being said i did enjoy my stay and would consider going again if the the problems i have mentioned were to be ironed out and the hotel brought up to scratch ( cant keep blaming Covid ) . It is a 3 star hotel but could well be a 4 star and in this day and age to have no internet in your room seems very backward . The pool staff and bar staff were above and beyond in service and i commend them highly . All in all the outside was cleaner than the inside , lovely pool lovely people (apart from Ahmed Sami ) . i would definitely go again at some point .

The hotel should be considered three star, this would avoid disappointment to guests. Generally the staff are fantastic, taking time to make your stay very enjoyable. HOWEVER, beware of a certain member of the reception team, who's vocation really should be elsewhere than front of house hospitality!! I'd suggest Lion taming would be more apt. The hotel is 'tired' but clean, the rooms are fine except limited hot water. The food is typical local fayre, as to be expected when you visit another nation. It is good quality and with some variety, if you are a burger and chips family, this isn't the place for you. The location of the hotel is a little desolate, although getting a taxi is easy and the journeys are extremely reasonably priced. Bottom line, you get plenty for your dollar, there's other options at twice the price and more, and that's a clear clue as to what you are getting. Some intense training for the terribly tempered, rude, vile manboy at the front desk would be a massive improvement.

We were there for 2 weeks .The food was horrible ,having to eat everyday eggs and for lunch fries ,the cakes were weird,the left food was used the next time .The furniture was old but always clean.The workers were nice if you gave them tip and the rest were mean.The cleaner's wanted to clean our room and make snakes from our towel and wouldn't leave without a tip. In the pool it was very dirty.The toilet in the room stinked very hard .In the sea under the water is amazing , Egypt has great nature but the rest isn't that good.

i loved this place so much! Hands down one of the best resorts ive been too. The workers here first of all are amaizng and all super friendly, they bring good vibes to every event. Shoutout to Saraa and the waiters. 10/10 service and extremely friendly. They made a huge celebration for my little cousin and sisters which i greatly appreciate. Not to mention to food had a special addition to it everyday. Its mostly the same everyday but definetely tastes good except the potatoes and fries. Great rooms but full of mosquitos definetely need mosquito repellent and spray. There are activities to be done everyday and daily activities by the entertainment team. Again GREAT shoutout to Sara! Definteky had the best experience with her

We checked in earlier than the check in time, That was nice, but We had to keep asking the reception to give us a room, they gave us a nice room with a nice view, Room was clean and nice, The bathrooms in the lobby were disgusting and smelly all the days, toilets were always dirty The pools and aqua park were nice, most of guests were Russian speakers, Animation team was nice and made good activities, The worst experiences We ever had it were the food and beverages, starting with the restaurant and bars staff, they know nothing about the hospitality, All food was low quality, tastes bad, and sometimes we found rotten tomatoes, chefs were rude. At the bars, mostly turning off the coffee machines and asking you to go to the other bars to get a coffee, Glasses are not clean at the main restaurant In the pool bar They are serving coffee in a disgusting plastic cups (Not one use cups) If you wanna enjoy nice pools, snorkeling and aqua park, it's the right hotel, But Food and beverages are the worst, Chefs need to learn how to cook and staff need to learn how to work in the hospitality

Stayed a week at the hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly with great service. Bar had lots of drinks but alcohol all tastes the same. Animation team very friendly with lots of different activities. Restaurant had lots of choice and food is very nice. Had food at the beach one night which was lovely with a show. Room was okay I had a sofa bed which is quite small and rooms are quite dated but are nice enough for a week. Overall a lovely holiday, the snorkelling is amazing. Would recommend and come again.

But the highlight of my vacation was definitely the animation team! They were super energetic, friendly, and made every moment full of fun. The Mini Disco for kids was amazing — full of laughter, music, and dancing! The kids’ animator was so sweet and caring with the children, making them feel safe, happy, and excited to join the activities every night. Specially young man „Adii - Adelibrahim”. Rooms are not new but really clean, the hotel staff takes great care of the guests' comfort. Lot of good pools and atractions for kids. I recommend this place, it's worth coming!

Very disappointing stay – definitely not a 4-star hotel. On the first night I was given a dark, dirty room with no real window or fresh air. The bathroom was rusty, the furniture old and stained, and the air conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. The next day I asked to change the room. They gave me another one with a window, but outside was a roof full of pipes making constant noise – again impossible to sleep or open the window for fresh air. The condition of furniture and bathroom was the same – old and poorly maintained. The staff at the pool, bar and reception are unfriendly and look at guests with disrespect, as if they hate their jobs. Smiles only appear if you give a tip, but even that doesn’t always help. The only good thing was the lunch and dinner – tasty food, good variety, and polite restaurant staff. Breakfasts are very weak. The beach is far away, you have to take a shuttle, and it’s very small. Overall, this hotel is not 4 stars – maximum 2. I would not recommend it, especially for families with children.

We have had a wonderful holiday here; Our first time in Egypt. The only negatives I have is that the bathroom in the room is very outdated, shower is extremely small and the meals are quite repetitive and not much choice for fussy eaters. The entertainment crew have been amazing, especially Mercy. She is very cheerful and fun, recommended lots of things for us to do; the boys involved in darts and us girls involved in water aerobics. We will definitely love to return and see Mercy again! Luca and Tony, selling the excursions near the pool were absolutely fantastic and we had many lovely experiences!

Friendly staff who go above and beyond for you. Yes rooms are dated ,but we only use it to change and sleep. Food has been good and grounds ,pool clean. Only a small evening bar. Could do with more things to do in evening. Even though the entertainment staff are good at what they do. Michelle

We had started in a room which wasn’t suitable for us, so had to get reception to change our rooms closer to the hotel as we were 2 girls on holiday ourselves! And bahii had us a change of rooms the next day, we felt it was a lot better and we weren’t in the ground floor! All the staff were fantastic and helpful especially bahii, hany, hassan (snack pool bar) and khalisd from the Olympic bar! They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt safe and had a good time! We had great time with the entertainment team too asma is absolutely fantastic x thank you for a great 1st time for me in Egypt and my friends 3rd time we will definitely be back. Xx

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Sharm El Sheikh. The service was truly exceptional, especially in the restaurants. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made every meal enjoyable. Made some brilliant friends with boula, amgadfared, magdy - in the shop and hesham the life guard and moubarak Momen rady the barman is rather friendly and always welcoming to all guests. 4 day trip in sharm. Our rooms were very clean. Typical all inclusive buffet but is better than others I’ve tried at other Egyptian resorts. The grounds for the hotel are very big. There is a golf cart to take you from the main lobby/restaurant to the beach. Didn’t do any excursions because it was way too hot but the pool and snorkeling at the beach was very nice.

It was our first vacation after getting married, and we tried to choose the best hotel within our budget. We found you. Because we were visiting several cities, we couldn't arrange our arrival times, so we arrived early. We arrived at the hotel around morning, and they told us to wait. Thank you so much for welcoming us in the lobby. We waited in the lobby for about seven hours, we paid for breakfast and then... around 9:00, a friend came to the reception desk. He told me the room was ready, and we started making the payment. I told him (politely, with a smile) that I wanted to pay through the app because my bank charges a high fee. I paid with my phone, went to the receptionist, and told him I had paid. I was still excited and smiling. He yelled at me and scolded me, my wife was sitting in the back. I was shocked. I couldn't understand what was happening. He gave me a stern look and shooed me away. It was my first vacation with my wife. I couldn't go back home from there; I stayed at a hotel. I'm leaving today; I actually wish I could stay here longer. The incident occurred around 9:00 AM on August 12, 2025. Please check the cameras and watch the incident. Can someone treat someone this way in front of their spouse?

The hotel isn’t very big, which makes it convenient and comfortable in every way. It’s close to the sea and the pool. There’s an electric cart driving around the property for those who find it hard to walk. At the restaurant, breakfast is relaxed, with few people since it’s served from 7:00 to 10:30, and there’s always plenty of everything. Lunch is from 13:00 to 15:00, but it’s also not too crowded and feels comfortable — no need to stand in line. There are several bars by the beach, the pool, and in the lobby, so whatever you’d like to drink is always available. You can grab ice cream at the pool bar after lunch. Dinner is the same — you can easily come at 21:00, and the whole selection of food will still be available. The rooms are cleaned every day. They provide water, shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion, clean towels, and fresh bed linen if needed. I like everything. You can get towels either at the beach or the pool, no need to carry them around — you can change them even five times a day if you want. The grounds are very green and beautiful. In the evenings, everything is nicely lit up. It’s a 7-minute walk to the centre, Soho. In the pharmacy there, prices are reasonable — Pantogar is $5, toothpaste $1, shampoo $2. It’s better to buy Nefertiti oils at the shop in Soho — they’re $5–15 cheaper than at the factory.

Our stay at SUNRISE Remal Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautifully located on Ras Nasrani Bay, offering breathtaking sea views and access to stunning coral reefs for snorkeling and diving. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing yet full of life. One of the real highlights of our stay was the animation team, who created a vibrant and enjoyable environment every day. Hello. We stayed at your hotel for two weeks. We had a good impression of the hotel. The staff was always helpful and resolved all our issues. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and the restaurant was often overcrowded, so we had to wait or look for cutlery, which was annoying. We also have some questions about the beach bar. The beach bar was always crowded, with a long line, and 60% of the people in line were waiting for beer or soda. If you put a soda machine there, the line would be shorter. You should also have one person dedicated to pouring beer and make a separate line for that. Then the line would be much shorter. Overall, everything else was good. The staff are friendly and always answered our questions. The attitude of the staff is always very important, and your hotel is doing very well in this regard.

Excuse my long review, but you’ll need it! Let’s start with this: definitely the best experience ever! Everything and everyone was absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped into the reception, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Chebel and Mr. Islam, who gave us VIP treatment and a beautiful room: cozy, private, and super clean. The food diversity was incredible! Chef Aadel was always on top of his game, along with Mr. Gamal and Mrs. Fatima, who made sure we were having the best dining experience every time. Now, let’s talk about the animation team: Micha, Kijo, Anastasia, Christina, Joseph, and Chika, they were all amazing, hardworking, and funny. A quick piece of advice: never skip any of their classes (yoga, stretching, aqua gym) or their parties — you’ll regret it if you do! Regarding transportation, Mr. Aalaa was on point. Ask for Mr. Mustafa or Mr. Ahmed for your rides, especially for ladies traveling alone, as they made sure our safety was always a priority. Definitely a 5-star hotel, we’ll be coming back very soon! A Fantastic Stay at Sunrise Remal Resort! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome at reception set the tone for a wonderful holiday. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and friendly. The service throughout the resortwas consistently excellent – every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. A special mention goes to **Ahmed**, the brilliant **bar manager**, who made every drink with care and a smile. With **all alcohol included**, we enjoyed great **beer, wine and cocktails** throughout our stay – all top quality and served with genuine hospitality. Breakfast with **Mahmoud** was always a pleasure – he made sure everyone started their day right with a great mix of dishes and friendly conversation. **Saeid** looked after us beautifully at **lunch**, always remembering our preferences and checking in to see if we needed anything. The **Egyptian restaurant** deserves particular praise – the food was absolutely delicious, full of local flavour and beautifully presented. We loved that there were **a la carte options**, giving the evenings a real sense of occasion. Guests also have **access to the beach resort via shuttle**, which is an added bonus. The water there is incredible – **sticking your head under the sea feels like stepping into Finding Nemo**, with colourful fish and crystal-clear reefs right at your feet. All in all, **Sunrise Remal Resort** delivers a brilliant blend of relaxation, great food, and wonderful service. We left already planning our return!

The entire hotel feels like one big family. The animation team had us laughing non-stop, doing beach volleyball, water polo, and so many fun challenges. The evening entertainment was amazing — dancing, comedy, and even live singing. My room had a stunning view of the pool, always perfectly cleaned and stocked. I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering visiting. The hotel itself is small and simple but quite nice. The staff are amazing — very polite and kind, which made our stay pleasant. However, we did face a few issues during our stay, mainly with the entertainment. There wasn’t much going on during the day or evening, so guests were often left quite bored. If you’re someone who enjoys relaxing at the resort and not going out much, this might be disappointing, as there’s not a lot to do on-site. The animation team seemed friendly but there was very limited interaction — just a few words exchanged each day. Given that many guests were English-speaking, it would be great to have at least one English animator who understands the culture and can engage better with guests. Overall, there weren’t many daytime activities, and things felt a bit repetitive and quiet. That said, I’d definitely stay again because of the wonderful staff at reception and in the restaurants — they were always polite and helpful. But I do think the entertainment team could use some improvement or change, as this seemed to be a common opinion among other guests I spoke with around the pool.

We arrived with not the greatest of expectations for the price we paid but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised! Yes the hotel is small and yes the rooms are basic but the atmosphere the staff are brilliant! The restaurant is small but with a pasta station and meet or fish being carved served you can’t really go wrong! Fresh salad and veg fresh bread and deserts. Drinks on tap round the pool and food happily being delivered to your sunbed from the pool bar. Tip the staff here and there and you’ll be looked after. Staff can’t do more for you! If you’re after a doing a few trips speak to Amore he is brilliant!! We have had the most wonderful experience and I’m not ready to go home!! 😫 if you have time go to White Island and into the desert for quad biking, camel riding and star gazing 👌👌
