The hotel's location is good and easily accessible, with free and ample parking available nearby. However, it seems like they're cutting corners in many areas, which doesn't meet my expectations for a hotel in this category. On the positive side, the reception and bar staff were very motivated and friendly! Criticisms: the overall complex looks neglected and unloved, and the outdoor staff seemed completely unmotivated. Cleanliness is not guaranteed throughout the hotel. There's mold in the bathroom and air conditioning vents, and the rooms are cleaned very sloppily. The previous guests' dirt and hair are often left behind, and it feels like they're just sweeping it under the rug (or in this case, out onto the balcony). The breakfast offerings were cold three times in a row. The rooms are very noisy, especially when partygoers come back late at night. The fridge in the room doesn't work properly, and the TV remote doesn't work at all. The coffee cups were dirty, and there was no coffee to speak of. In summary, it feels like they're trying to squeeze as much as possible out of minimal offerings due to high demand. If you're looking for a party and don't mind the state of the rooms, you might be fine. But if you expect a certain level of cleanliness, health, and hygiene, I'd recommend avoiding.

Friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Only minor point but there was only one chair in the double room as maybe not room for two. Balcony with chairs overlooking the small pool. We ate breakfast and dinner - there was plenty of choice. As a vegetarian I was very happy with the many different dishes to choose from. Great location too. Not far from the seafront, bus station and a Lidl. Quiet hotel at night.

About 5 - 7 mins walk to sea side.. cafe del mar is around 12 mins and u can watch a sunset from there. Its a no service hotel. They gave complementary water bottles only once inspite we stayed for 2 nights. Lidl is just 3 mins walk. Breakfast was good. Overall all satisfactory experience.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was nice and well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. Just a few minutes from the hotel, there is a car and scooter rental service and a bus stop, allowing you to reach any destination on the island.

My husband & I stayed at the Invisa Hotel Es Pla for a week from 11/10/2025 to the 18/10/2025, I have given 3 stars purely for the excellent breakfast & the lovely staff, yes the rooms are a bit dated but the bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. This was our first & last time in San Antonio as we usually go to Es Cana in Ibiza every year. We wanted to try another part of the island...what a huge mistake, one that we won't be making again I'm afraid. Sorry San Antonio but you are not a patch on beautiful Es Cana.

We stay at this hotel in October family of 3. The hotel is very dated need a refresh and modern look. Big minus no fridge in the room and no bath. Everything very old. We had room above evening entertainment area it was very loud but all was finished by 23.30. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing fresh and different every day. Free nachos and popcorn from the snack bar but only till 18.20. Fresh meals prepare by orders in the snack bar which was great. Good drinks and slush for kids. Pools very cold and not to clean. Not a lot to do with kids. Very good location close to the shops restaurant and town also water taxi next to the hotel. Amazing view from the restaurant. Miriam very funny and friendly.

Visited Ibiza for a week. Stayed in Mar Amantis II. First impression was nice clean hotel staff seemed friendly. After a week, clean hotel, needs a bit of TLC. Staff were friendly enough. After viewing the fire escape plan, if you can ask for a specific room you need 2319, that's top floor right at the end on its own no rooms attached 👌🏼. Our room was ok just what you needed I guess nothing fancy. AC, shower, TV, balcony etc. Sink plug didn't fit in the plug hole so couldn't fill the sink if you wanted to & with those taps you needed to! Taps were noisy slow & pathetic (in my opinion). We went AI, food was okay actually, it's 3 star so don't expect amazing food. B'fast comprised of the usual continental ranges with hot food Inc streaky bacon a variety of eggs and "English" sausage which were basically your local chippy sausage or a hot dog sausage 🫣. Each days lunch and dinner was a different theme ie Mexican, Chinese etc. The usual cold food was warm & the hot food was cold applies for buffet!!! Dessets are okay. Drinks (for AI) beer, wine, juice etc again nothing fancy but it's included. Snack bar was available & I'll leave that there because it was very over cooked what we had so didn't go back a second time! Evening entertainment for our kids was ok, mini "disco" (which was just someone playing music), balloon animals and face paints. This didn't start till 830 I think it was. Then more entertainment after that for adults, we didn't stay for that as we had a young one year old so couldn't tell what that was like, but it was very loud, being right above it on the next floor. Which brings me nicely on to the noise!! 1st floor guests can hear the entertainment very well through the floor, thankfully my kids slept through it as we were out most of the day. But yeh very loud indeed and even more so if you're on the "pool" side, maybe it was quieter on the road side (but I don't know). As I said earlier your best bet is top floor in 2319 if you're not a lover of noise! Floors don't seem to be checked at night. Obviously people these days don't seem to give a sh#t about other people so make noise and talk at the top of their voices when coming to bed, slamming doors etc, some even playing knock and run at 2am (yes this happened 🤬 beyond furious at that point). There are cameras on each floor but who knows if they are watched by night reception is anyone's guess. If your staying in Mar Amantis I then that might be slightly better as apparently these are an upgraded room from Mar Amantis II. The location, there's a beach not too far from the hotel. It was nice for a day or so then mother nature took a turn with some strong winds which brought in a mountain of seaweed, which covered the beach. They do seem to rake the beach but I don't know how often. And I don't know how long it takes to clear the beach of seaweed of that quantity I saw! I've posted a beach pic or 2 for comparison. Views are spectacular. San Antonio town is a 15mins walk which is nice & takes you right round the bay. We went just a week after the "season" ended which meant a lot of places including other hotels were shut. So be wary if you're going mid to end of October to early March (I think is when the season kicks off again). I put this because many places are shut, restaurants don't have their full menu as they are trying to use up what's left etc. But San Antonio itself was nice, clean & the people were friendly spoke good English for those not knowing Spanish. Loads of boat trips available in season. There was a boat taxi available weather permitting. With strong winds as mentioned earlier, the boat didn't run. I was under the impression this boat taxi was something to do with the hotel but it's not! You get on & off it outside the hotel on a jetty but it's nothing at all to do with any hotel. It's €5 p/per (kids unsure as they seems to charge my 5yr old one day but then not others! But babies seemed to be free). But yes €5 per person per crossing just do the math if you're on a budget! Not much left to tell but it's 3 stars from me

Stayed in a group of 6 split between 2 rooms. We studied the reviews closely before going and we anxious due to some of the negative reviews but went into it optimistically due to a lot of the positive ones. I genuinely think some people just cannot be pleased, unless they have paid significantly more than us I cannot fathom what some of the complaints are about. Yes some of the food is a bit “samey” but you can tell they make an effort to mix up meals especially during the evening meals. The setting for meals lovely with plenty of seating outside right on the coast with the sunset coming down, bar right next to you. Never waited more than a few minutes for a drink, it would be nice if the pool bar was open a couple of hours longer (seems to only be open between 12-5, whereas pool hours are 10-7) Rooms are very standard but very clean, I don’t know how much time people spend in their rooms to need more amenities than given, you are on holiday go out and enjoy the hotel or the area. It is very convenient to travel to the main area of San Antonio with a taxi rank outside the hotel and the water taxi also facing the other side of the hotel. You have a choice of the larger pool area at the older hotel, we never really had too much trouble eventually getting hold of 6 beds no matter the time we turned up to the pool area. The smaller pool I cannot comment on as we did not spend any time there although did get to see it every day during meals and can see why people would prefer to relax there and as is a bit of a calmer area and is facing the sea. Takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach and the water was lovely, I normally do not like swimming in the sea however the water was not overly salty and the sand it great compared to other holiday destinations I’ve been to. I wish I had taken photos of the food to show you and taken a note of the staff so the commendations goes out to all of you as you were all fantastic. If I am ever back in Ibiza I would definitely suggest this hotel.

Food and drinks is decent for the money you can get any spirit with all inclusive nice location right in the beach. Gym isn’t great only has cardio machines really with little weights but better than nothing. Room is basic but it is clean and has all your essentials comfy bed TV balcony ect good spot pool is tiny but better than nothing one of the better budget hotels I’ve been to

Fantastic experience. Should be at least a 4 star on Love Holidays. We booked the all inclusive with Love Holidays. We were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff in our hotel. The food served in the bar and restaurant was 10/10 every meal, every day. Great selection that differed each day and food was all cooked properly and very tasty! Rooms were clean, well kept and refreshed by wondering cleaning team each day. Aircon worked and we had a lovely balcony! We was even able to check in an hour early and use the pool facilities and complimentary downstairs shower AFTER check out. Highly recommend.

We've spent an amazing Ibiza Holidays staying at azuLine Hotel from 30/08/2017 till 06/09/2017. Food was delicious, so many choices for everyone. Half-board was a great choice, especially that we were spending most of the time outside the hotel. Going out right after the breakfast and returning to have a dinner. Hotel's staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean with comfy beds. The price of stay was very low! We can really recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Special thanks to the Food service team! We booked half-board and it was such a great idea. We enjoyed every single meal thanks to Bandy, Susana and Romeo. The food is excellent and the cook is very very professional. We were very pleased. Thanks to the cleaning team and the lovely pregnant receptionist as well they were really accommodating and they provided us with more pillows as I am pregnant and I needed more support. El servicio de desayunos y cenas fue espectacular. El equipo super atento y profesional, la cocinera una maravilla. Gracias a Susana, Romeo y Bandy, la calidad de la comida y el servicio que dan todos e increíble.

I arrived last night. My first impression were, wow, the receptionist is so friendly! My room was upgraded from a single to a triple for free. There were a couple of free bottles of water and nuts. The room was immaculate. Dinner and breakfast have been great. I feel so happy to have chosen this hotel, do it. Book!

Really really pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Very clean, great location, great dinner and breakfast buffets also. The staff were so lovely especially the receptionists. Carla was amazing, a real asset to the company. However there is one member of staff - Debbie who completely ruined our last morning here with her disgusting attitude. At breakfast she accused us of trying taking food out of the buffet - which we were not. I told her she should not come and accuse us of something that we have not done especially in such a rude manner. We were made to feel so uncomfortable. Later I watched her tell a woman she couldn’t eat a packet of crisps at the pool (which to me is unheard of). She then stormed over to a group and shouted at them saying ‘everything you have with you now must go’ and she started invading their space aggressively and going through their bags to see if they had anything else with them. They had a couple of glass bottles of beers which are not allowed either which is understandable but the way she approached them was so aggressive. I work at a hotel myself and would never go through a guests bag and invade their space like that. She told one of the guests that they should come with her now and speak to the director so they can decide whether the guests can stay here or not. She could’ve calmly told them the bottles were not allowed and they would’ve listened, they were very reasonable. Every other staff member has been so lovely Debbie however was NOT, she is a serious hinderance to the company

I really liked the service in the restaurant. The nicest and most pleasant workers. They always listened to me, since I have gluten intolerance, always brought special dishes and bread separately, always smiled. Nice cooks and waiters. I want to especially highlight Susana, who was very nice and welcoming, the best in this restaurant 😍 Recomiendo este lugar a todos, y a Suzanne, nuestra asistente, es encantadora. ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Volveré! Second visit and highly recommend. 3 night stay with friends, the breakfast is more than adequate and caters for all tastes. Our friend has dietary requirements and the staff were extremely helpful in this regard. Pool clean and great size , plenty of room for loungers. Great pool bar and lovely food. ALL the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Room a bit dated but met all our requirements, clean and enough for what we needed.

Just had our 2nd stay at hotel Aquasol and had another great time, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were fine and the pool was good once your core temp dropped lol. It’s in a really good location, 5 minutes from the beach and both from eateries and shops and other local attractions.

Absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was soo lovely and friendly. The apartment was soo clean. The beds were abit hard but ok. It was abit noisy in the night with inconsiderate people coming home late/early hours drunk and shouting, but the actual hotel complex was amazing and we would definitely go back. The food at the pool was delicious 😋 and the breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff. Thankyou for an amazing time.

Absolutely NOT suitable for families, strollers, or elderly guests – avoid at all costs! We just arrived and were completely shocked. This hotel is absolutely not equipped for families with children or anyone with mobility needs. First of all, the entrance is a steep hill – dangerously steep – and there are no bottom rails or supports. If you’re alone with a stroller, you risk slipping and falling. It’s extremely unsafe. Then there are stairs everywhere. Stairs above the reception. Stairs to reach the rooms. Stairs to access the dining area for breakfast and dinner. And guess what? No elevators. Not a single one. Carrying a stroller up and down repeatedly is exhausting and unsafe. To make matters worse, we asked the night before for breakfast-to-go packages, as we were leaving early and couldn’t attend breakfast. We were traveling with two small children, and despite confirming this at reception, nothing was prepared for us in the morning. Not even a simple snack or sandwich. The hotel is also in desperate need of renovation. The facilities are old, worn out, and poorly maintained. In short, this is a disaster. Do NOT come here if you have kids, a stroller, if you’re elderly, or if you have any physical limitations. The lack of basic accessibility, organization, and service is unacceptable. Never again.

The owners are closing it for 6 months for a refurb. Very clean but a little tired. Only 3 floors but no lifts so avoid if not good on your feet. I would return!!

Arenal Volcano is breathtaking from any angle, but seeing and filming it from above is truly incredible. The aerial view shows its perfect cone shape and the surrounding natural beauty in a unique way. An ideal spot for photography and video, and a must-see destination to understand why Arenal is one of Costa Rica’s most iconic places.

Hiking the Arenal Volcano was a true bucket-list experience and one I’ll never forget. The hike is picturesque from start to finish, with stunning views that constantly remind you how powerful and beautiful nature can be. One absolute lifesaver was packing ponchos ahead of time—the weather here is unpredictable and can shift quickly from bright and sunny to overcast and pouring rain in a matter of moments. I highly recommend hiring a walking tour guide. Having someone explain the rich geological and cultural history of the volcano adds an entirely new layer to the experience. I was genuinely shocked by how much history there is behind Arenal and the surrounding terrain—it transforms the hike from just a scenic walk into an educational journey. The hike itself offers a solid workout, but it’s well worth the effort. You leave not only physically accomplished, but also with a deeper appreciation for this incredible natural wonder.

Beautiful park filled with wildlife we saw more bird species in this park then we could of imagined. Well maintained paths. Gift shop and restroom. FYI The weird egg shaped sculpture is from the movie after earth that was filmed here.
